Dakota: House with a private pool

This house for 8 people is rented in L’Escala. It is a 10 minute (800 m) walk to Riells beach, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
The Montgrí Natural Park is 1 km away and the historic center of L’Escala is 2 km away.
The accommodation is distributed over two floors, has a garden with a private pool, terrace, outside eating area with built-in barbecue and sun loungers.
The living-dining room has a TV with international channels and WiFi.
The kitchen is separate, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, has an American coffee maker (with filters), dishwasher, oven and exit to the outside.
This accommodation has 4 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (150cm), and three bedrooms with 2 single beds (90cm) in each. All beds offer linens, duvets or blankets and pillows.
There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
This accommodation has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, clothesline with clothespins, garage for one car, outdoor parking for two cars and allows pets (at an additional cost).
Dogs are welcome and have a supplement. A maximum of 1 pet up to 10kg are allowed.

Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 9.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
