This house was incredible from start to finish. It's beautifully kept, spotless, and has everything you could want for a family trip — the heated salt water pool was the highlight of our stay, and the kitchen and outdoor patio made it easy to relax and spend time together. The location in Nantucket was perfect, just minutes from the beach and town. Josh was a fantastic host — responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We'd book this place again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nantucket.

This is the perfect place to stay on Nantucket! It has all of the amenities - amazing pool, top of the line kitchen, beautiful furniture, large bedrooms, and a back deck to lounge on for days. Josh and his team were so easy to rent from - we will definitely be back!

Jen and her family were great guests and also extremely nice people.Communication/set up for the booking was easy and no issues at all throughout their stay.They also left the house immaculately clean upon departure which was very much appreciated by myself and the cleaning crew.I would have them back to stay any time and highly recommend to other hosts.

Josh’s property is everything you need … clean and spacious .. beautifully decorated and a very well stocked kitchen for cooking. We travel a lot and this home is was one of the best rentals we have ever had. Would love to come back.

Weekend trip

We had such a great time at Josh’s home. Beautiful home with an awesome backyard perfect for a relaxing afternoon by the pool. The home has a great location and an easy trip to town / restaurants nearby. We hope to stay here again.

I coud not have asked for easier guests to deal with right from initial booking,throughout their stay and upon departure they really left the house in great shape. I highly recommend Kim and family to any and all hosts out there.

Stayed here multiple times and can't say enough about the hospitality from the owner and caretaker! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, private and the little touches that take it from a rental to a home. the house itself is wonderful for families or multiple couples and the location is ideal as it's tucked back into a private area and has easy access to the beaches, town or Meat and Fish if you plan on staying in. The details, finishes, cleanliness, amenities are perfect. All around, an ideal getaway to ACK!

Perfect Mid-Island

everything you need to really cook in the kitchen. great location easy bike ride anywhere. pool was well kept, lots of water toys. clean spacious rooms and great bathrooms. over all one of the best rentals we have experienced

Best property we have ever stayed in.....

This was the best house we have ever stayed in and the pool was amazing. But the best part was Josh, the owner, who could not have been kinder or more accommodating. It was a new location for us on ACK but we loved it and found it to be very central to places we like to frequent. Highly recommend.

Lovely home on ACK

This is our second time in one of Josh’s homes, we stayed in the cottage next to this house before.. The home was immaculate when we arrived, Sandy (property manager) was fabulous to work with and we had everything we needed. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home!

Peaceful but centrally located vacation home!

This modern and spotless home with beautiful pool and fire pit seating area is well situated in the middle of the island, only about 2 miles from Surfside Beach, and about 3 miles from Miacomet Beach. You can also drive to town in 10 minutes or less. The master suite was very luxurious and spa-like. A great place to maximize your Nantucket stay!!

What a great vacation rental!!!

I highly recommend 8 Micheme Lane for a wonderful vacation home. It was a pleasure to meet Josh in person and he's a wonderful communicator and his place is really nice. As my son said, even the toilet paper is top notch! The appointments won't leave anyone with desires and its central location, privacy, pool etc were the perfect getaway. I highly recommend Josh and this property and hope to stay there again in the future.
