A thorough cleaning is indeed necessary to ensure a pristine environment. It’s unfortunate that neither of the hoovers worked during your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, especially after the grass was cut and your dogs brought in bits of grass. We understand how disappointing it must have been that the hot tub didn’t work as expected. Despite the maintenance visit, we regret that it remained unusable during your stay and sincerely apologise regarding this. Firstly we are deeply sorry for the cleanliness issues that you encountered upon your arrival at the property, this feedback has been passed over to ensure this does not happen again. Regarding the hot tub, as stated on our booking page the hot tub does not get to temperature the same day of arrival, the hot tub was also switched off which meant it needed to get back to temperature again.
