Beautifully styled and superbly well-equipped, Emerald's gorgeous interior strikes just the right balance between airy elegance and home-from-home convenience. Topped only by its postcard-perfect location overlooking Carbis Bay beach, this second floor apartment showcases spectacular views over white sand and aquamarine waters, with a large balcony creating an unrivalled vantage point from which to take in the ever-changing moods of the sea and sky beyond. Superior furnishings and luxurious features adorn every inch where a sense space and light flow throughout.

We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Fantastic location not everything was as it said it would be on arrival …welcome package or even coffee pods? Wardrobe door was off its runners in the main bedroom… and for the price that we have paid it should have been spotless .

Outstanding view

Perfect location for walking the coastal path which is on the doorstep of the apartment. The view of the beach is fantastic, we were there in October but we’re still able to take full advantage of the balcony to enjoy being so close the the sea. Well equipped kitchen and apartment throughout has everything you need for great holiday.

Emerald stay Carbis Bay

A stunning apartment with views to die for over beautiful Carbis Bay. Best location we have stayed in as the beach was in easy walking distance, perfect! Apartment was spacious and very tastefully decorated. Only slight negative: it could have been cleaned to a higher standard.

Lovely apartment

Excellent apartment with outstanding views!

Lovely comfortable apartment, beautiful views. Our 2nd visit to this lovely apartment! Some nice walks. Often see seals swimming up and down the bay. Popping up to watch the beach goers. Take a nice short trip on the train into St Ives. Highly recommended!

Stylish and comfortable apartment

We have been visiting this apartment block for 10 years and stayed in many different apartments. Emerald is definitely one of the better ones. Car park level handy for transferring luggage. Very comfortable super king bed and quality fixtures and fittings throughout, uncluttered and very tastefully furnished. Sky TV was a bonus for rainy days. We would prefer black out lined curtains, the balcony is very overlooked and the outdoor furniture isn’t very comfortable, however that said, these are small personal niggles and you can’t please everyone! We will definitely be returning to Emerald

Can’t argue the view was amazing , property was nice and clean , unfortunately the beds was very hard indeed , when we asked for a possible mattress topper we was told if we could buy one then we would be reimbursed!, I feel there is no personal care anymore and like I explained me and my sister don’t drive so was impossible to be able to purchase a mattress topper as we both are copd suffers ,my sister slept on the sofa the whole time we was there therefore we left a day early for a nights sleep .

Wonderful views

We have stayed at Emerald in the past when it was listed with Sykes and the last review we did on it was 2 years ago. We mentioned it was looking a little not up to standard so we were surprised this time that it was still as it was. Floor of wardrobes dirty, paintwork dirty especially on the ensuite bathroom door which is covered in dirty marks. Crumbs in the cutlery drawer.The blind in the kitchen and small bedroom are both broken. Apart from these things which are so easily rectified it's a lovely apartment with easy access to the beach and train station.
