Other than the brutal climb up 4 flights of stairs (heavy suitcases, no lift) this place was exactly as described. It was spacious with character and great facilities. Air conditioner worked well, tons and tons of room. Property is well located. We had a great stay!

What a fun and funky place to stay while exploring Valencia. Great communication with the host prior and during the stay. This is an easy walk from the train station, lotsa of supermarkets in the area, and an easy stroll to all of the sights. It is a four story walk up but that’s nothing when you get a full kitchen, washing machine, a loft and master bedroom. Highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay in at this property in Valencia. It is close to transportation and is walkable to many attractions. The pre-trip communication with Gemma was very nice. She sent us all the information we needed for getting to the property and suggestions on what to do while in Valencia. She was also very responsive when i had questions during our stay. One thing to note: As mentioned in previous reviews and in the description of the property, this is a penthouse apartment on the 4th floor with no elevator. This was not a problem for our party but needs to be considered when booking this amazing apartment.

Clean and stylish apartment. Great location in the city. Wonderful host who cared about us and our experience. The washer broke while we were there (it was an old model I believe, and at the end of its life), and after weeks of traveling we really needed to wash our clothes; the host had someone over the next day to wash our clothes for us which was great. My only recommendations to the host would be to maybe add another mini split air conditioner in the main bedroom, as it got a little hot at times even with the other two running, and add a “dam” of some sort at the end of the shower pan, as sometimes the water from showering spread to the floor and out into the living space. Just suggestions! After my 5 day stay, I’d say it was a great place and recommend to anyone staying in Valencia. Merci beaucoup Géraldine!

Gorgeous and spacious apartment

We loved staying at this beautiful apartment, on the top floor in a quieter area of Valencia. It was an extremely peaceful and thoughtfully decorated apartment, and the perfect place to relax at the end of a hot summery day of sightseeing! Great apartment in the heart of Oviedo

We had a fantastic stay in Oviedo. Check in was easy, there's pay parking below if you drive. The apartment is roomy and comfortable, with space for 6 people. All the sights of Oviedo (Cathedral, museums, cider restaurants, shopping) are a sport walk away. We'll be back for sure!

Pro’s- we loved this place! Spacious. Sunny. Convenient. Great air conditioning.(Small) Con’s- important to know it’s 4 floors up stairs. Skylight windows bring in so much beautiful light, but also brings heat(air conditioning makes up for this).

We had a perfect week and stay in the flat. The flat is located in the center of Valencia and is very good connected. The flat is perfectly equipped and was big enough for the 5 of us. Just the street at night was very noisy. Communication with the owner was very friendly and helpful.

Valencia stay

We enjoyed our very short stay here. It is within walking distance of the town centre, close to the train station and also near 2 different metro stations. It was easy to get the metro from the airport to this apartment. There are a few flights of stairs but our kids were ok with it. We could also check out and drop our bags off to a luggage storage facility very close by. I had difficulty entering the apartment late at night -I was unfamiliar with the key app but Gemma was very helpful, thank you.

The apartment itself is nice, well equipped, and close to the transportation, stores and restaurant. However, it needs a deep cleaning, particularly the kitchen. I had to hand wash all dishes and cooking items before use as they were noticeably dirty. Furthermore, the bathroom's use of see through glass blocks creates a significant privacy issue, as it allows anyone in the living area to clearly view the shower. Safety Warning: There are no railings installed on the stairs, which are quite slippery, creating a significant fall risk.

Wonderful

We loved loved staying here! The apartment is super cool. Very clean, well equipped and super unique. Was perfect for our family of 5. If you can't carry your luggage up 4 steep flights of stairs than probably not for you. But if ya can, its worth it! You can walk most places within the city from the apartment and the grocery store is 2 mins away. Felt very safe and was quiet at night:) It is in China town so had some pretty amazing Chinese food to go along with all the other incredible meals. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious apartment

Lots of space to spread out in this apartment. This was a fun place that was very close to the train station. Downtown was walkable and beautiful. It was very clean and nice. The only thing to be aware of is the stairs. You climb a good 4 stories to get to this apartment. We didn’t mind and knew that up front but if stairs are not your thing then consider another location. Otherwise, this is a great place to rest as you see València.
