The property is completed by a ground-floor bathroom, kitchen/diner, utility, and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for ten cars, an enclosed lawned garden with patio and barbecue, a shared indoor swimming pool, hot tub and shower facilities and 5000-acres of grounds with a children's play area and unfenced fishing lake. Shop 0.1 mile, pub 3.5 miles. Note: There is an unfenced lake in the grounds. Graythwaite fishery is free for all guests and equipment can be hired locally, a small fee is applicable to keep your catch, rod fishing license required. Please Note: Minimum 3 night stay.
