The house features three main entrances, including direct access from the private garage. Entering through the main door, you’ll find a spacious and bright living room to the left, complete with a sitting area (sofa, two armchairs, Smart TV), and a dining table for eight. From here, there is direct access to the main terrace, furnished with an outdoor table and a chill-out area—perfect for enjoying the Andalusian sun.

A few steps down lead to the garden, where a spectacular private pool awaits, surrounded by four sun loungers, a barbecue, and direct access to La Barrosa beach—one of the most beloved beaches on the Cádiz coast.

On this same floor is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower, and the first bedroom, featuring a 150 x 200 cm double bed and built-in wardrobe.

Descending the stairs next to the entrance leads to the lower level. To the right is a spacious bedroom with a sofa, two armchairs, two single beds (90 x 200 cm), and a built-in wardrobe. To the left is a laundry area, another bathroom with shower, and a second bedroom with a double bed (150 x 200 cm), a sofa, and a wardrobe. This floor also provides access to the private garage with space for up to four vehicles.

Upstairs, on the top floor, a hallway leads to a full bathroom with bathtub, and next to it, a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and access to the upper terrace with sea views. On the opposite side is the master bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower, and direct access to the same terrace, beautifully furnished and overlooking the Atlantic. A third bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobe completes the floor.

Located directly on La Barrosa beachfront, this property offers the best of the Cádiz coast. The nearby promenade features restaurants and bars serving the freshest local seafood. To the south, the beach transforms into a more natural area with dunes and pine groves. You’ll also find golf courses, sunset viewpoints, and cultural landmarks such as the Castle of Sancti Petri within close reach.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
