It is just a short drive north of the traditional seaside resort of Mablethorpe and less than half an hour’s drive from the Georgian market town of Louth with its boutique shops, pubs, and restaurants.

There are good walks and cycle routes in the area with only a 30-minute walk cross country to Saltfleetby-Theddlethorpe Dunes National Nature Reserve. There is plenty for everyone to see and do throughout the area or simply sit back and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Also within easy reach is the Lincolnshire’s first natural nature national reserve, King Charles 3rd Coastal Reserve Pathway. Beach ½ mile. Shop 3 miles, restaurant 1 mile.
