Absolute Peace in a beautiful setting - south villa

This property is one of three adjacent villas set in an acre of private land covered with lots of trees, flowers and cactus. The villa has one bedroom and can accommodate up to 4 people. Quiet and spacious, laid out on two levels, "south villa" is the ideal accommodation for a couple or a family of four. The upper level has the master bedroom and an en-suit bathroom, as well as a balcony to watch your most memorable sunrises. The ground level consists of a living room with a sofa that opens up in a very comfortable bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 6 people, and a bathroom with shower. The villa looks out to an airy and shaded patio that overlooks the cactus garden. Sea views directly in front of you. Table and chairs and armchairs are provided for relaxing and enjoying a cold drink or having lunch or dinner outdoors. The patio surrounds the villa on the three sides. Facing south, the patio is shaded by a pine tree, a huge ficus tree, a vineyard and an apricot tree. In June you can taste the apricots and in September you can taste the grapes right off the tree. At the rear the patio is shaded by olive trees with excellent mountain views. Barbecue on request. Tastefully decorated, the house will make you feel at home. Our purpose is to make guests feel that they visit their own holiday house in Santorini. The house has its own washing machine and an air-conditioning unit. The master bedroom is also equipped with a ceiling fan.
The villa is separate from the other two, so that each party of guests is not disturbed by the others. Perfect, though, for friends who travel together and want to be close but separate.
The houses are surrounded by one acre of land which carries pine, fig, apricot, lemon, vineyard, olive trees, and a huge collection of cactuses. When the time is right, our guests can taste the fruit right off the trees. Just outside our walls there is three tiny white washed chapels which our visitors are free to visit. Free parking on our property.
Located in the country side in the middle of the distance between the two main centres of the island, Fira and Oia, we have easy and quick access to both Fira and Oia. You will need your own transportation. Both Fira and Oia are only a 10 minute drive from the villa. Santorini is a small island and nothing is too far.
Right down our driveway, there is a small resort with a swimming pool and a restaurant. Our guests are welcome to use their facilities
At walking distance from the house, there is a small secluded beach perfect for children.
Check in time is flexible. Early check-in is possible if there is no other guest checking out the same day. Also late check-in is also possible. Late check-out is possible if there is no other guest checking in the same day. When you arrive, I will here to welcome you and give you the keys and all the information you need about the house and the island.
