Fantastic and spacious apartment in the heart of Sitges, with a communal pool , just steps from the beach and the pedestrian center with all the shops and restaurants. Private parking is available for a supplement of €10 per day, subject to availability and by reservation.

This wonderful duplex is located in a building with an elevator and features a communal pool and ample space for children to enjoy the outdoors.

On the first floor, we find the spacious and bright living room with access to the sunny terrace, from where you can enjoy fantastic sunsets in good company.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay (refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher...), a full bathroom, a laundry room, and 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 3 single beds, with its private balcony, and a third bedroom with a double bed.

Going up to the second floor via the stairs in the living room, we reach an open sitting area or living room that leads to the suite with a double bed and a full bathroom connected to the bedroom.

It's an ideal place for family groups to enjoy a fantastic vacation in the center of Sitges, but from the tranquility of this spacious apartment.

The property has an elevator. There is a small parking space (upon request) in the same building for an additional fee of €10 per day.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 supplement.

Exit information:- Check-out time is at 11 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon leaving, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
