Die Villa do Cisne ist ein großes Ferienhaus, entworfen von ihrem Besitzer, einem renommierten portugiesischen Architekten. Konzipiert, um die Freunde der Familie zu empfangen, zieren die Wände seine Sammlung von Zeichnungen und Gemälden und machen das Haus so zu einer Art Kunstgalerie.



Es liegt auf einem großen Grundstück, und sein weitläufiger, eingewachsener Garten mit Blumen bietet einen privilegierten Blick auf den Golfplatz. Die überdachte Veranda mit Grill und Pizzaofen lädt zu jeder Jahreszeit zu geselligen Abendessen ein.



An heißen Tagen ist der Swimmingpool eine Wohltat für alle, und die Reihe von Sonnenliegen lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wer es lieber etwas ruhiger mag, findet unter der breiten Pergola, die das ganze Haus umgibt, Schatten und gemütliche Ecken mit Sesseln und Hockern – perfekt zum Schmökern oder für ein kurzes Nickerchen.

Very spacious and impressive property. All perfectly clean. Amazing gardens, well maintained. House has artwork throughout. It has all been designed by someone who knows their stuff in terms of artistic layout. Lovely big kitchen, well equipped, and wonderful garden terrace area with natural dividers and spaces for different activities-coffee, BBQ, games etc. Pool spotless with steps both ends. Sun loungers for all. Very peaceful area which supermarket a short drive away. 30/05/26 Many aspects need modernising. Most of the bathrooms had one thing or another not quite right-leaks, slight damage to shower doors, no shower-head holder, doors not closing or locking.

great place in the middle of a gated community with luxurious villas. the house itself is great with an amazing garden. the only downside is that it smells a little old/wet inside and lots of things would need maintenance (doors don’t close, fittings fall off etc.) but for our big group it was the perfect place since we did not spend much time inside. would book again 👍 01/06/25

Absolutely perfect. I can’t imagine why people would leave bad reviews. This place was beyond our expectations. The one thing I would say, you have to take out the trash to a designated area, which is quite far from the house. We were lucky enough to have a car, but if you have to walk, it’s a mini hike. 05/05/25

Spacious villa with good outdoor eating area.

We were a family group of 16 and the Villa had plenty of space for all the us. The outside area was a great place to eat and entertain. Allure Villas was a pleasure to work with, and Miguel was very accommodating to us. We would all like to thank Alberto the chef and his friend, for his delicious food and making our party night such a memorable one.

Nice and cozy with good location but old and not renovated long time

Clean, except for the pool. The large, shaded terrace, with plenty of plants and space, captures the Portuguese atmosphere. The bedrooms are cozy and have large wardrobes. A very nice beach is quite close (5 minutes by Uber), as are shops and restaurants. The building is old and hasn't been renovated in a long time. This villa's glory days are long gone, and it's clearly under-invested. The basement entertainment area and the living room with sofas are particularly neglected. Wi-Fi is available on the ground floor, but doesn't reach the first floor. The number of dishes is a bit limited. There's no air conditioning, but it wasn't mentioned in the description either – something to be aware of.

It’s an amazing house with loads of character and a 10 min drive / uber to incredible beaches and restaurants… but it’s definitely a bit tired. 9 of us stayed for a 40th and there’s plenty of space indoors and out. The garden, outdoor kitchen and pool are really nice and we loved the art, sculptures and plants. Some of the tired things: most of the beds are hard old spring beds, they’re uncomfortable and the bed frames squeak with every move. Many of the door handles don’t work. Musty/ damp smell in the stairs leading up to the bedrooms. Bathrooms are old with tiny showers. Dirty (and noisy) fish tank with 1 poor fish in it. Overall we had a great stay, but looking forward to a good night sleep in our own beds. 10/09/24

Excellent service from Allure Villas, responses to questions were often answered directly and to the question of whether I could pass on a shopping list to the Villa manager was answered directly positively. Great service!! The villa manager/Tatiana had prepared the bad guys and as asked, the beer was already cold! Great! Great house, pool is smaller than expected but a great bath to cool down. The villa is a bit out of the direction of Lisbon center, but is just to do with cars/taxis (40 min drive). Also the beach you do not walk to ff, but with cars taxis fine to do. The house is somewhat dated, bathrooms can use a refresh. We were there with 14 men, I just fit the shower in, but turningwashing mm feet could not be because it was very small. Furthermore, really a top house, great to do and enough wonderful places to chill, in the sun,in the shade! June 5, 2023

The perfect Villa for our girls trip

The perfect Villa for our girls trip. A Gorgeous, very large villa which slept eight of us very comfortably! The surrounding villas are equally as beautiful and we felt very safe here. The pool area and garden is stunning and so private. The villa had everything we needed and more and everybody thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. 31/05/24 Unfortunately when we arrived we were informed a handy man would be coming out to fix one of the toilets in one of the en-suite bedrooms, the bathrooms where the only downfall to this villa unfortunately. The showers I used were very small and did not drain quickly so you were stood in a pool of water whilst showering. The only other downfall was the number of sun loungers, for a villa that sleeps up to 16, six sun loungers is no where near enough. Taxi's/Ubers were very easy to get however be prepared for a 40-50 minute journey into the city with traffic. We did think the bulk bins would be closer to the villa, but you have to walk a good 20 mins each way to find them and dispose of your rubbish which isn't ideal when you don't have a car. But all that aside, we loved our stay here!

Perfect spot for a getaway

Perfect spot for a getaway. Stayed with 16 friends and we couldn't have been more delighted upon arrival. The living area and garden were much larger than we had anticipated from the photos and there was ample room for us sun-starved Brits to frolic. The pool was a decent size and perfect for dipping into when things got a bit toasty. Very peaceful neighberhood with plenty of top-tier homes around for us to debate the value of during our leisurely cab journeys in and out of the swanky golf resort. One of our group actually took advantage of the surroundings and teed off. Despite delivering a sub-par performance by his own standards, he had nothing but glowing reviews about the course. Getting around was straightforward, but it's cabs everywhere. An Aldi was on hand just outside the resort—maybe a 5-minute cab ride—and if you're willing to wait a minute or two longer, the beach is your reward. The beds were hard but manageable, with six double rooms (two single beds in each), and all four upstairs ones having balconies (I think). The other four beds are in the games room downstairs. That space wasn't the most comfortable and won't work for those wanting privacy, but was fine for a large group over a weekend. Catering for ourselves was easy. An outdoor BBQ, oven, and ample kitchen allowed us to rustle up some great meals, which were duly devoured in the large outdoor dining area. Plenty of beach bars and restaurants about ten/fifteen minutes away. Loads and loads of fun. 04/06/24 The main tap in the kitchen scolded a few of us because it instantly fires a jet of boiling water. Could be dangerous! Downstairs room was very damp with people saying the blankets felt moist. Was absoloutly hilarious but we had no idea the sprinklers were coming on at around 9pm and it caused carnage. Something to probably warn people about. The waste disposal situation could have been tricky if we didn't have a car, but I guess there's not much you can do about it as there's no rubbish collection. Again, it's probably worth mentioning to people beforehand.

Tolles sauberes Haus perfekt für Grösse Gruppen

Ich war mit 15 Freunden in diesem Haus u kann nur sagen das alles sauber u der Garten auch sehr gepflegt war. Das einzige was ich bemängeln muss ist das vor Ort die kochutensilien etwas erneuert werden müssten,sprich ein paar neue Pfannen wären nicht schlecht. Ein paar mehr geschirrhandtücher wären auch gut. Aber das sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten u ich kann wirklich ohne zu zögern sagen das ich nochmal in dieses Haus fahren würde......

Met ons gezin van 14 pers

Met ons gezin van 14 pers. ( 8 volwassenen en 6 kinderen) hebben we een heerlijke week gehad in het mooie grote huis met grote tuin en een fijn zwembad. Dankzij het mooie weer, hebben we bijna alleen maar buiten geleefd. Grote veranda's ( met bbq) en genoeg meubilair. De communicatie was goed, bijv. toen de wasmachine niet bleek te werken, werd de was dezelfde dag nog opgehaald en 's avonds gewassen en gestreken weer terug gebracht, super service!! Het huis is wel wat gedateerd, sommige deuren sloten niet, kranen lekten, etc. Maar ondanks dat hebben we genoten van de grote ruimtes van het huis. Strand en supermarkt in directe omgeving. Wij hebben mooie herinneringen gemaakt!! 01/05/26

Localisation et lieu de la villa très agréable

Localisation et lieu de la villa très agréable. Volume inter et Exter très généreux. Activités à proximité (tennis, paddle , golf, plage) Aux vues du prix et des espaces fermés (pièces et placards) on s’attend à plus d’équipement mis à disposition. 29/10/2023

Passionate about landscapes, new cultures, and adventures, we started to rent our own villa in 2012 to finance family trips.

Because we didn’t find any companies that provided a complete service on the Lisbon coast, we took care of all the details for our guests to have the best satisfaction.

The idea attracted some neighbors and friends who wanted to be part of our new project.

Our villas are handpicked and negotiated based on exclusive contracts, subsequently inspected and photographed by our local teams, seeking to maintain a high standard according to our guests’ needs and expectations.
