Great 4 days in Rabós!

This was the perfect relaxing hangout for the four of us. Easy to find, easy to explore. Well stocked kitchen. We cooked all four nights. Marcos was helpful with information on everything we needed. We highly recommend this village for a true experience of Spain’s small village life. Lots to do and see all around.

Active Relaxation

We had a few wonderful sunfishes days to explore on our bicycles the beautiful environments, enjoying the comfort great design of and fantastic views from the house. A perfect way to recharge our batteries.

We really enjoyed our Rabós stay. Marcos was an exceptional host. He was always available to answer our questions and keep us aware of any local issues like road closures and internet pauses. The house is lovely and beautifully decorated. The two bedrooms are very large and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Rabós is a beautiful little village and the neighbors were very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Perfectly positioned in centre of beautiful village of Rabos. Fabulous landscape panorama from rooftop terrace. Well equipped & tasteful interior design. Endless opportunities to hike in National Park; cool off in local pools, lakes, rivers, sandy beaches, rocky coves. Add wine tasting; local bread/olive oil/honey. Turtles in the river

Just wonderful!

Our host was warm and welcoming and responded promptly when contacted. The house was really lovely- a very old building in a magical medieval village- with modern architectural accents. It contained everything we needed and was very comfortable.. The view from the upstairs veranda was special.A wonderful experience. Would love to repeat!

Lovely home in quiet, beautiful setting

We had a wonderful stay in this home in a quiet rural setting. We took hikes through the nearby river valley. Marcos connected us to a local farmer who delivered fresh vegetables and fruit to the house. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Marcos provided many recommendations and was a delightful host. It was hot when we visited in late July which was the only downside to a wonderful visit.

Wonderful house in small mountain village

The house in Rabos is a house that has been renovated with very nice details. We really liked the layout of the rooms. Both the kitchen with a large table and the sofa area go far beyond what is usually found in similar holiday cottages. You can see that Marcos is an architect.The bedroom with bath/shower/toilet - on the top floor - a highlight! We felt very comfortable in the village itself -very nice people - and in this architecturally very attractive house! In any case, Marcos himself contributed to this - an attentive, very nice landlord. His tips for exploring the area have allowed us to find places we probably wouldn't have discovered otherwise. Thanks for this! A nice chat every now and then - we had a lot of fun. We plan to return! We highly recommend this holiday home!

Great stay in a beautyful house

Das Haus ist super schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Marcos ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr kommunikativ. Rabos ist ein kleines Dorf im Hinterland der Costa Brava, das trotz der Nähe zur Küste (15 Minuten Autofahrt) sehr ruhig und idyllisch ist.

Fantástico!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Rabós. Das Haus von Marcos ist geräumig und super schön eingerichtet! Der Blick von der Dachterasse in die Landschaft ist einmalig! Wir haben es sehr genossen nach unseren Ausflügen ans Meer, Städtebesuchen etc. in das kleine Dorf zurückzukommen. Es gibt einen sehr netten, kleinen Lebensmittelladen, in dem man das Notwendigste bekommt und für morgens Brot/Brötchen bestellen kann. Marcos ist ein sehr sympathischer Vermieter! Er hat uns vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes mit vielen tollen Tipps und Informationen versorgt. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass er immer ein bisschen mit uns dort war, obwohl er hunderte Kilometer entfernt war. Im Umland von Rabós gibt es unglaublich viel zu entdecken. Drei Wochen haben nicht gereicht, um alles zu erkunden! Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Marcos für die tolle Zeit in seinem schönen Haus!
