Amazing Cottage in the Garden

This was a beautiful and lovely place for a family of five to retreat to after a day of exploring all London has to offer. We felt like we were in our own secret garden. 3 kids absolutely loved it and so did we!

Good things - early check in and clean and tidy. But it’s a 13-14 mins walk atleast from tube station which is difficult with luggage as well and there’s no facility to store luggage and so after check out, you’d need to find somewhere else to store luggage if you don’t want to be dragging it along with you. The streets were dirty and not somewhere I’d feel safe walking alone at night but thats me, a non Londoner I guess. The toilet was very small and we could barely close the door. Bedroom bed just about sleeps two. The other two are sofa beds. All in all, a bit average, sorry.

Wonderful Host

Lovely experience. Quiet and great for families with young kids.

We had a lovely experience. The place was as advertised and better as there was a garden that gave it an even more tranquil feel. It was quiet and my enough space for a young family at a good price. Everything was as expected. We did have a challenge but Reuven was easily accessible and resolved our issue with great result. Flat had new bath, new kitchen, and comfortable beds. Location was as expected and very quiet at night.

Nice Apartment for a short trip

The Size of the Apartment is Good. With Bus and Underground you are in the City in 15 - 30 Minutes. It‘s a small sleeping room and a Living room (in the living room are the sleeping Couch and the bunk bed). The neighbourhood is quiet. Nearby you find supermarket and Restaurants.

Location was great with public transport , bus and train choices, supermarket not far. Needs an upgrade with chairs and bit of minor fixes. Bedroom doesn’t have aircon. Our first Stayz - we were satisfied with it !

Location is accessible

We arrived and the location was clean, might feel a bit crowded for 6 people but if price is the issue then yes it does have space for 6 people. There are a few places to eat and a few markets, specially on the way to the underground, the bus stop is very close as well but we found the underground to be the most practical. The apartment was very quiet, we had a view of the gardens.

A happy stay in London.

We had a great London visit, did and saw so much. The property is clean and comfortable, but is a fair trek from the station with luggage (nearer to 15 minutes). There are lots of warning signs around the station about crime especially at night. Thankfully summer days in the UK go on forever, so we weren’t near the station in the dark. Sound insulation is poor, as is the case in many homes like this one, so plenty of noises from neighbours. Overall a clean comfortable stay.

To be honest they were there for one night and even that was too much. Awful people! Unfriendly,complaining about everything! The heating according to them wasn’t working due to the guests above using the same stay that us all connected..absolute nonsense! They claimed that the guest above were making a terrible noise until 5am..the guests above were 2 75 year old pensioners… Thank goodness they left after a night,would advise all home owners to stay well clear if this lovely couple…

Die Wohnung ist etwas heruntergekommen, nich sauber, die Betten waren zu schmal, die Matratzen waren nicht so gut. Der Fenstergriff war kaputt, so dass ein Fenster nicht geöffnet werden konnte. Aber die Lage war gut.

I have to say I am both surprised and disappointed. You were there for a week and didn’t say a word. To be honest I am sorry that I accepted your booking. You were asked if you needed anything and said everything was fine. Fortunately most guests do not behave like this.

Logement très sympa à proximité de Londres

Logement assez propre et spacieux très bien situé (+/- 10 minutes à pied du métro) dans un quartier résidentiel. Le logement se situant en zone de basses émissions, si vous décidez de vous y rendre en voiture, veillez à bien enregistrer au préalable votre véhicule sur le site officiel ad hoc. Par rapport au parking dans la rue, il faut téléphoner à un numéro afin de le payer. Malgré le paiement effectué, j'ai reçu une amende (je pense que les contrôleurs ne peuvent pas/savent pas accéder aux informations des véhicules étrangers). Heureusement, le propriétaire a été d'une grande aide et m'a conseillé de me stationner sur le parking du supermarché situé à 5 min à pied. Le stationnement est payant mais est surtout moins cher qu'en face du logement et aucune amende reçue! Une bonne adresse à conseiller!

Bon séjour. Différentes lignes de bus et de métro rapidement accessibles pour rejoindre les lieux à visiter. Rue calme, commerces à proximité. Réponse rapide du propriétaire en cas de question. Great for a Wembley Game

My husband and I stayed here so we had an easy ride to Wembley for the NFL game in town (Go Broncos!). Reuven was quick to respond to any questions and the check-in/out were super simple. The photos for the listing might be a bit dated, the floors are no longer carpeted (wood now) and some of the furniture shown was not there. That being said, the food nearby was excellent and the walk and short tube ride to Wembley made it a great place to stay for an in-and-out Wembley game viewing!
