Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home, which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on -the Naze.
The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2012.
Sandy Lodge is on the southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant an shop but most importantly a short five minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on -the Naze.
There is private parking beside our caravan.
The caravan has 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a double bed and 2 beds each have two single beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. The bathroom has a large shower cubicle with glass sliding door and thermostatic shower with LED down lights. The double bedroom has an ensuite with toilet and wash basin. In the double bedroom there is also a TV, desk/vanity area with mirror and socket.
The kitchen is fully equipped with soft close kitchen doors and draws, glass fronted oven, 4 burner gas hob, integrated microwave and integrated full size fridge. There is also a kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
The dining area has a table with 4 Rochelle chairs and 2 additional folding chairs.
The lounge area has freestanding sofas and a 40" TV.
There is central heating throughout.
Wrap around decking with a lockable gate surrounds our caravan with comfortable outside seating.
WiFi is available throughout the caravan and park at a small additional fee payable to ParkDean. This can be paid at reception when you arrive if WiFi is required.
Walton-0n -Naze is a family seaside resort with sandy beaches, seafront gardens and quaint narrow streets. The pier is the second longest in England offering fairground rides, ten pin bowling and sea angling. Just to the north is The Naze, an unspoilt headland of heath, salt marshes and sandy beaches. The beautiful Naze cliffs and nature reserve provide the perfect opportunity for walking, fossil hunting and bird watching. The Naze Tower is used as a gallery which spreads across 6 floors and houses exhibitions. It also features a museum which details the history of The Naze Tower and tearooms.
Walton-on -the Naze train station is a 15-20 minute walk from the park.
