Charming garden apartment with generous verandah, 3 minutes walk from beach.

This centrally located apartment in Praia da Luz is in a peaceful, characterful block surrounded by greenery and the palm trees from which the complex derives its name. A large covered verandah extends the full width of the apartment’s living spaces, and the garden outlook and sound of the sea nearby provides a pleasant space to relax. There is a limited sea view from the verandah. Outside table and chairs and a Weber barbecue allow for al fresco dining to enjoy the enviable Algarve climate.
All rooms are spacious and comfortably appointed, and the apartment is in newly decorated order. It is very well equipped and appointed throughout, with everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. There is a new dishwasher and laundry machines and Wifi is provided free of charge. There is a TV and DVD player, with a selection of DVDs including many for children. There is also a Sonos system to allow guests to stream their own music, and a selection of games and additional games and toys for children available on request.
The main bedroom is ensuite and has a King sized bed. The second bedroom has twin beds. The curtains in both bedrooms have blackout linings to ensure a comfortable sleep-in! In addition to the 2 bedrooms, a Queen size sofa bed is provided in the Living Room to accommodate an additional two persons- by prior arrangement, please! We would prefer for a maximum of 4 adult guests in total. Small pets are welcome, but also by prior arrangement. Pets must be supervised in order to avoid any disturbance for the neighbours. Please also note that the garden space is adequate for smaller pets, but is not fully closed off as the gardeners require access. Although we allow "Instant Booking" we reserve the right to cancel the booking if extra people and pets are included without prior agreement- please just send us a quick email to let us know details about the additional little guests.
Excellent local restaurants, grocery stores and local amenities are within close walking distance, and the beautiful family-friendly Praia da Luz beach offers some waterspouts and has a range of cafés and eateries on the beach promenade. If you are arriving late in the day and would like a wholesome home-cooked meal to be waiting for you on arrival, please get in touch and we can discuss your preferences in order to tailor a menu to your specific requirements. We will need a couple of days notice for this service, please. We can also prepare frozen meals for both adults and children. Just get in touch with us to enquire- we have a Ballymaloe-trained chef in the family!

There is an independently operated, very chic spa and indoor heated pool with jets for swimming exercise within the Palm Bay complex. The spa has various therapies and classes on offer.
