Kürzlich renoviertes Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem wunderschönen Garten voller Rosen und anderer Blumen und einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Altstadt von Dubrovnik. Der Garten ist perfekt, um im Freien zu essen oder ein Glas Wein zu genießen und dein Lieblingsbuch zu lesen!

Die Altstadt mit zahlreichen tollen Restaurants, Museen und Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie zwei sehr schönen Stränden (Banje und Sulic) ist in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Haus Marija besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern – einem Doppelzimmer und einem weiteren, das entweder als Doppel- oder als Zweibettzimmer eingerichtet werden kann (bitte teile uns vor deiner Ankunft mit, wie du es haben möchtest), einem Wohnbereich, einer Küche, einem Essbereich, einem Badezimmer, Terrassen mit einem großen Steintisch und einem wunderschönen Garten mit einem weiteren Tisch und zwei Sonnenliegen.

Great location with a spectacular view, apt is a good size for two couples. Maro provided easy to follow directions to the apt as it can be tricky. A/C worked fine because it was needed after climbing the stairs from town.

We loved staying here! The host communication was excellent and she answered any questions very quickly. The apartment and outdoor space is beautiful and authentic old Dubrovnik. The views are amazing. Just make sure you are capable of stairs and you will love it! The water pressure is great. For an older apartment sometimes this isn’t the case. It is a quick 15 minute walk down the steps to old town. The walk to mount srd climbing paths are 10 mins by foot. There is a bakery and grocery store nearby. Also a nice burger place if you want something simple. The apartment is very clean and has all appropriate sheets and towels needed. They even had beach towels. Highly recommend!

The property is well located relative to the old city center and it has a great view of the city. It is a bit of a walk, but well worth it. The outside patio is great for hanging out and enjoying a beverage. The apartment has everything you would need for any length of stay.

Gorgeous views of Dubrovnik! Our family of four had a wonderful stay here and enjoyed the garden which has a fabulous view of the city. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The apartment is just outside the city walls, so be prepared for lots of stairs!

Maro and Vesna were very helpful and accommodating hosts. The property had an amazing view of Dubrovnik old town and we particularly enjoyed eating our breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine. Easy walking distance into the old town, but be warned it involves a lot of steps so make sure to have lots of energy!

Great location, host was nice and friendly. Highly recommend this for those that want space and to be close to old town. Great to have your own kitchen and the view was fantastic. Visited by a few local cats. For US travelers air conditioning doesn't exactly cool the entire space but bedrooms are nice and very comfortable.

The perfect place to stay if visting Dubrovnik. The apartment is very spacious, the bedrooms are big, much more spacious than the photos suggest. The garden area is beautiful with the most amazing view, it was perfect for relaxing after exploting the old city. The walk to the old city is a lot of stairs but it was ok for us. It was quiet and peaceful.

The property was beautiful. Grape vine trellis's covered much of the area with dappled shade. The view was astonishing, directly over Old Town. The setting was so nice, we actually spent one whole day at the VRBO just taking it all in. Two well stocked markets and a great restaurant; TaTa's was a short walk away. The apartment itself is very tidy, with a unique layout, which we loved.

Fantastic location and characterful place

We really loved our stay and the apartment was just fab! The location was fantastic with the most gorgeous views over the old town and lovely area to sit out in. The apartment had lots of character too! Thanks for helping us with the transfer to the airport too, really helpful!

Great place to stay in Dubrovnik

This is a perfect place to stay to explore Dubrovnik. Location above the Old Town means you can easily get into the Old Town but can also escape the busy hustle and enjoy the peaceful garden and views. The hosts were really helpful, good communication right from booking and during our stay answered questions and gave us tips to explore the area. Great property and a great stay in beautiful Dubrovnik!

I recently stayed at this quaint home offers amazing views, and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. It had all the basics I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent—just a short walk to Old Town, ferries, and hiking trails. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire experience even better. Amazing experience

My teenagers and I stayed at House Marija for a few days and explored Dubrovnik. The house is set in a great location. It boasts stunning views and is a 5 minute walk into the town but at the same time is very peaceful. My teenagers felt very at home! The owners go above and beyond to help you throughout your stay. Wonderful memories made that will stay with us forever, thank you.
