Oikies. Luxury Apartment is perched on the hill of the old windmill at the center of Agios Nikolaos, offering superb sea views of the Mirabello Bay. Guests can stroll downhill for a relaxing swim at the Blue Flag awarded Kitroplateia Beach or to explore the notorious Lake Voulismeni only 500m away. The location serves as a perfect base to explore the town by foot, as all shops, restaurants, cafes and bars are within walking distance.

Oikies. Luxury Apartment is a spacious 2-bedroom apartment covering 112 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor, accessed by elevator or stairs, and features a private parking space on the ground floor of the apartment building.

Earth tones dominate, while grey details give a minimal touch of luxury. The strong Greek light is reflected everywhere, giving you a sense of revitalization. The decoration style is a creative mixture of boho chic and minimal details.

The warm atmosphere of the Living Room invites you to relax. Indulge yourself with a book from our bookshelf, poor a cold glass of wine and relax at the balcony admiring the stunning views of the Mirabello Bay.

The fully equipped kitchen is arranged in open plan configuration with the Dining Area and the Living Room. On the countertop guests will find a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and an electric kettle. In addition, a full house kitchen equipment is hidden in the Kitchen cabinets providing the option to prepare any kind of meal in the apartment.

The apartment features two bedrooms, the Master Bedroom with a King size double bed and the Twin Room with two single beds. Both bedrooms have minimal decoration creating a scerene atmosphere. All mattresses and linen are hypoallergenic and made of top quality materials.

The apartment also features two bathrooms, the Master Bathroom which includes a bathtub, sink with mirror and a toilet as well as the Shower Room which includes a shower, sink with mirror and a toilet. Guests will find complimentary toiletries upon arrival as well as a washing machine in the Master Bathroom to cover every possible need during your stay.

Highspeed WiFi and Netflix subscription are also featured complimentary.

Perfect stay in Agios Nikolaos

We had a fantastic stay at Oikies. The flat was appointed very nicely. We had incredible views of the sea in all directions. Maria was responsive and so helpful, especially when we needed to see a pediatrician—she called to arrange the appointment herself! The flat is well-situated and convenient to all the major sites and to the beach in town. We would absolutely come back for a return visit!

Amazing apartment in just the right spot

You will not get a better position in Agios Nikolaos, views over the beach, port, islands and town. Apartment is so well setup and has everything we needed. 100m down to blue flag beach with great snorkelling and three fantastic restaurants. Maria has great recommendations on where to go and what to do. Parking is good and required as streets are very busy. We will be back there again.

A+ - Amazing property

When we rent a VRBO, the most important three things for us are: 1) Cleanliness 2) Host responsiveness 3) Location In all three areas, this property receives an A+ It was super clean, spotless in fact. And Emma, the host, was super responsive and available via Whats App anytime we needed her. And we loved the location, with private parking right in the center of town. Thank you Emma!

It was perfect in every way. The location is perfect, the view’s perfect, the apartment perfect with parking, which is most essential in Agios Nikolaos, and Maria our host could not do enough for us. She was absolutely brilliant in every way and advised us on great beaches and restaurants to visit and we can’t wait to return next year. We really hope that Maria has her apartment available 😁

Family trip

This apartment was exactly as advertised and was the perfect spot for our family of four. My husband and I had our own room and my kids shared a room but luckily had two separate beds to sleep in. And the two bathrooms were key.The common space was comfortable and the kitchen was also nice (even though we ate out mostly every meal). Having dedicated parking was also great being that we had a car and that city is no joke! Tiny streets that require deep breaths to drive through :).While my kids complained almost every day about the steep hill we had to walk up to get to the apartment, that was about the only complaint. There are shops and restaurants minutes away by foot including a few beaches.I would highly recommend this apartment -

Perfect Base in Agios Nikolaos

We absolutely loved this property in AN! The location is excellent as it is right in the central part of the old town, minutes from Lake Voulosmeni, the harbour/port, the town beach of Kritoplati and all of the shops and restaurants. The property itself has lovely sea views over the bay and Krikri island from the main balcony (and there is a second balcony in the master bedroom with additional views or the bay). The property is spacious, clean and simply but beautifully decorated and is also very well equipped. The owner left us a bottle of wine, and a bunch of apples. There are ample supplies of basic things like toilet paper, laundry detergent, soap and shampoo, plus a hairdryer and an ironing board. The owner also provided us with all kinds of information about AN and the immediately surrounding area, including resto recommendations. The property website has additional information about the area. There is parking under the building and it is very easy getting in and out of AN by car from this location. We highly recommend this property as a base for exploring the whole of Lasithi region!
