The villa has a prime location, situated close to restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, and is within walking distance of Pescadores beach, just 1.3 km away.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, spread over 2 levels. The large living room, equipped with cable television, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, opens to the terrace and swimming pool. There is an open dining room with a dining table and an entertainment room that includes a billiard table, table tennis, and table football. A travel cot and a high chair are available at the villa free of charge.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, two refrigerators and freezers, a coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and washing machine.

One bedroom has a queen-size bed and air conditioning, with an exit to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with a washbasin, shower, bidet, and toilet. Another bedroom has two single beds and air conditioning, with an exit to the garden and a bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet.
