A beautiful home from home.

We love this cottage - a real home from home, it is so beautifully furnished and is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. Karen is an amazing host, and nothing is too much trouble, we have stayed here before and we will definitely come again.

Lovely cottage

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. Neither my sister nor I drive but it was very easy to walk to shops and restaurants and the bus service to Brighton was extremely good - ran every 12 minutes during the day. The property was very well equipped and comfortable and we will definitely stay there again if we revisit the area

The cottage was in a pretty terrace and so close to the sea. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and homely. We loved it. The owner has provided an excellent property for guests.

Excellent all round

Everything perfect. Except for tecky things like working TV and heating not clear enough instructions for the non-tecky of this world. But 5 out of 5 for everything else.

Beautiful cottage close to the sea

This lovely cottage is the perfect place to stay in Worthing - very close to the sea, pier, shops and restaurants. We didn't use our car at all (we got parked outside the house, but you need to give your registration number ahead of time for the permit). The cottage is cosy, warm, homely, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the decorations at Christmas. We hope to return again.

Immaculate cottage, perfect location.

One of the cleanest and well kept properties we have stayed in. Perfect location for the promenade and shops, five minutes walk to Waitrose meant we hardly moved the car. Lovely touches like the welcome pack, hand soap and dishwasher/washing machine supplies as well as outdoor line and pegs to hang washing outdoors. I think guests help to maintain the condition of the property as it is so perfectly tended to. Useful information folder too.

Beautiful house

Top service provided. Top location. Very modern and beautiful house. Quiet location. Good selection of restaurants near by. House is maintained on a very high level. We felt at home from the very first second. Parking can be a challenge, particular on a weekend. We would recommend this house without any restriction. Enjoyed our stay.

Second visit to this hidden gem.

Returned to this property as we were so pleased with it in 2021, and the second time we appreciated it even more as we realised how close it was to everything . A comfortable and clean quaint property . Round the corner from the beach, with shops bars, restaurants, theatre and cinema all close at hand. Opportunities to travel by train with station only 20 minutes away. Trips to Brighton, Littlehampton and Portsmouth were all easy accessible. Lovely to come home to a comfortable cottage after a day of adventures.

Short stay in Worthing

Seashell Cottage was immaculate and very well appointed with an excellent welcome package including all essentials plus wine and snacks. The rooms are of a good size and well appointed with lots of storage and comfortable beds. The shower room was excellent with a good shower. Separate WC upstairs as well. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The only negative was a slight musty smell downstairs which was helped with opening the windows. A parking permit was prearranged with parking free in the vicinity. Easy walking distance to local amenities and beach.

We're also pleased Molly could quickly resolve the conservatory door issue for you. Emsworth truly is a gem with its traditional shops and scenic walks. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!

,Happy Days,

Seashell Cottage is beautifully presented and meticulously clean with everything you can possibly need for a self catering holiday. A generous welcome pack was a lovely surprise. The cottage is in an ideal location close to bars, restaurants, shops and of course the beach and promenade. Free parking by way of a parking permit is an added bonus. Karen is the perfect host and works hard to make sure her guest’s stay is trouble free. Anyone contemplating staying at Seashell Cottage will not be disappointed. There is a large basket of sea shells on the dresser in the lounge with a note from Karen telling guests to choose a sea shell in memory of their stay, what a lovely gesture. We would love to go back and hope to be able to do so some time in the future.

Wet Week in Worthing

Despite being a wet week in Worthing we had a great stay at Sea Shell Cottage. Even before we got there Charlotte at Henry Adams was very helpful allaying my fears about parking and getting a ticket by explaining the park zones and sending me a map. Definitely one of the cleanest and well stocked cottages we have stayed in. If you want to be close to the sea front, restaurants, cafes and Pubs this the one for you.

Thank you for your glowing review of Seashell Cottage. We're thrilled to hear that Charlotte's assistance eased your concerns before your arrival and that you found the cottage to be one of the cleanest and best-stocked you've experienced. Seashell Cottage prime location near the seafront and amenities adds to its appeal, and we're delighted it contributed to a great stay despite the weather. We appreciate your kind words and look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful experience.

Perfect Home

This was the nicest holiday home I ever stayed in, very clean, super comfy beds, perfectly stocked kitchen even a bottle of wine on arrival!! Parking was no problem especially with the permit provided, the location is also excellent with shops, pubs, restaurants and the seafront nearby. You book through Henry Adams who are also very reliable, all in all faultless.

A lovely, bright, well equipped cottage. Very close to everything. Parking is tricky but the owner provides a parking permit, which is great. (It would help if Henry Adams explained this in their confirmation document).
