Villa Kairos is a beautiful property in the countryside of Ostuni, in the Itria Valley. It consists of two independent units accommodating up to 6 guests. It`s equipped with accessories such as a beautiful swimming pool with solarium, built-in barbecue, parking area, air conditioning, internet, washing machine, microwave oven, coffe machine. The bedrooms are independent and with ensuite bathroom. Pets are allowed.

The villa consists of two units. The first unit is introduced by a spacious verandah with glass doors, dining area and open kitchen, 2 double bedrooms
with ensuite bathroom with shower, air conditioning and independent
entrance. The second unit consists of an ancient but renovated trullo
with a double bedroom, air conditioning, mini-bar and ensuite bathroom with shower.
The swimming pool is framed by Apulian stones and the lawn. The solarium area is furnished with beach beds and deckchairs. By the lamia,
under a wooden pergola, there is the kitchen, washing machine and
built-in barbecue made of Apulian tuff. The ancient well used for
collecting rain water, is now used to water the garden. The white gravel
path divides the parking area and the fruit orchard.
The Mediterranean garden
is framed by a 9.000-square-meter area with centennial olive trees and
younger fruit trees. At the center, there is a long path where there
once was a vineyard and it`s a vegetable garden with basil, rosemary,
figs, sage, lemon trees where you can walk or relax on the hammocks or
on the stone benches along the natural path.

Villa Kairos is in the countryside of Ostuni, in the Itria Valley. The city centre of the majestic Città Bianca (White City) is 5 kilometers away from the villa. The property is even closer to Carovigno, with its characteristic old town centre, which is 3 kilometers away. The closest beaches are the ones of Ostuni, 15 kilometers away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- The accommodation is composed by 2 units.
