Schöne Lage auf Munising Bay mit herrlichem Blick auf Grand Island und Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore! Erstaunliche Privatsphäre und Abgeschiedenheit für das Sein innerhalb der Munising Stadtgrenze und nur 2 Meilen von der Innenstadt; Die Nachbarn können nicht gesehen oder gehört werden. Das Haus liegt nach Osten für spektakuläre Sonnenaufgänge.

Die 3 oberen Schlafzimmer verfügen über die Master-Suite mit neuen Kingsize-Betten (Stearns and Foster-Matratzen-Set) und neuen Möbeln. Die anderen beiden oberen Gästezimmer verfügen über neue Queensize-Betten (auch mit hochwertigen Matratzen) und neue Möbel. Das untere Schlafzimmer hat ein sehr schönes Queen-Set.

Die Master Suite verfügt über eine Whirlpoolwanne und eine Duschkabine. Das zweite Badezimmer hat eine Standardwanne und Dusche. Das Badezimmer auf der unteren Ebene wurde 2019 komplett renoviert und verfügt über eine schöne Dusche.

Wir haben eine komplette Küche mit allen neuen Geräten, schöne Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Großes Wohnzimmer und Familienzimmer, schöne Infrarotsauna, Pokertisch, Tischtennisplatte, Basketballkorb; sogar ein altes Klavier.

Zu Fuß zu vielen Aktivitäten und angrenzend an Schneemobil-Wanderwege. Wirklich ein toller Ort.

Being right on the water is an amazing way to enjoy Lake Superior! Everything at this property is beautiful & still comfortable. We loved being able to sit together outside and inside for meals and games, and so appreciated the fabulous kitchen. The host was easy to communicate with & so welcoming.

Wonderful place to be!

Beautiful house, nicely stocked and furnished. Beds and bedding were very comfortable after long days of hiking. Big screen TVs and ping pong table for hours of entertainment. The house is in a secluded area with easy access to restaurants and shops. Great hosts making sure our stay was perfect.

This is a retreat!! Breathtaking Views!!

First of all, Thank you so much David and Stacy for offering your stunningly, beautiful, private home for our vacation stay. David and Stacy are amazing hosts. Loved the text asking what we liked to drink. They provided our group with plenty of beverages and extras!! Too kind... During our stay, even texted to see how things were going. Very Thoughtful! The home is very clean and Spacious with comfortable beds. Kitchen, Bathrooms and Bed Rooms were well stocked with everything possibly needed. Game rooms, Ping Pong and Card Table, were very fun. We enjoyed a bonfire with an awesome view of the moon shining down on the lake, with wood provided. Nice touch! Our group of six had an Amazing time and made unforgettable Memories! Could not ask for better weather in October for our Fall Color Tour, cannot wait to come back! Thank you again!

A perfect Getaway in UP Michigan

Fantastic private property right on Lake Superior.

Great location just outside of Munising. Near restaurants, water activities (kayaking, cruises, pontoon boat rentals). Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore is within 15 minutes. The property was outstanding. My family all agreed that we would rent again.

Lovely home on the water with beautiful view!

This home is just as pictured! Right on the water with a beautiful view. Great outdoor spaces to enjoy the Michigan summer and very roomy and comfortable inside. Kitchen was well appointed and stocked with anything you would need to prepare a meal. Beds and lines were very comfy! Owners were super and very easy to communicate with. I could easily make this review much too long just trying to describe how wonderful the home, and David and Stacy, are! So I'll make this as succinct as possible... Prior to arrival - David and Stacy contacted us several times to make sure we had all the information needed for a smooth arrival. They asked what our favorite beverages were, and we were greeted with a welcome note, a bottle of our favorite wine, plus other thoughtful gifts to help us enjoy our stay. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome! Upon arrival - The home was SPOTLESS! I'm not exaggerating - it was squeaky clean, and was very well stocked with kitchen essentials, beautiful furniture and bedding, lots of towels, and plenty of blankets and throws for curling up and relaxing in front of the picture windows. Did I mention the views? Our jaws dropped when we walked into the living room and saw Lake Superior right outside the windows. Watching the sun and shadows move across the Pictured Rocks shoreline was incredibly beautiful, and we watched a Bald Eagle hovering and hunting 20' off the shore right in front of the house, then roosting in the large White Pine at the water's edge. We simply drank in the beauty of this location! Departure - My husband and I were both sad to leave. David and Stacy responded to our text that we had left by wishing us a safe journey, then texted again to thank us for leaving the home neat. They also refunded the damage fee within 24 hours, so we got an email the very next morning stating it had already been refunded. We are relatively new to VRBO, but we've traveled extensively and used airbnb, too, and David and Stacy are, by far, the best owners we've ever worked with! I only wish I could leave more than 5 stars. :)

The house was amazing and very clean. Previous people pay it forward with leaving dry goods and some cold food in the fridge. We also did the same; ten fold. Wonderful scenery across the lake every morning we even were able to have a fire outside on our last night of fall colors. We will be back, but next time in the Summer to enjoy a different season.

Lake Superior hideaway even better than expected

Four adults stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. The house is great with a super water front (I might be careful about little kids here since the waterfront is very rocky and steep). The views are fantastic. The weather was cool with some rain, but even when it blew heavily on the lake, we were sheltered. There is a grill, a fire pit and a game room. The house is immaculate and well-stocked. There are four nice bedrooms with the only caveat being that the downstairs bathroom does not have a shower. The house feels isolated but you are only a short distance from restaurants and shops in Munising. What sets this apart is the spirit of hospitality from the hosts. They fell all over themselves to make sure we were having a good time. There were wonderful welcome gifts, and they even brought a cooler to the house when we needed one. David actually apologized for the one day it rained, as if he had anything to do with it. We really appreciated their attitude; they even made leaving easy with very few check-out requirements. We are from Texas and I do not know if we will ever get back to the UP, but, if we do, we would love to stay here again.
