Il Glicine is in a quiet area of Porto Cesareo. It`s an independent
small villa with basic, new and functional furniture. It`s near the sea
and the city centre, introduced by a large courtyard with dining area
under the wisteria pergola and a built-in barbecue.

The air conditioning is in the corridor. The sleeping area of the holiday home consists of 3 bedrooms,
two of which are twin bedroom and the other is a double bedroom with
ensuite bathroom and another bathroom with shower. Moreover, there are
is a large living room with sofa bed, dining area and
kitchenette. The living room is equipped with accessorie such as tv, air
conditioning and access to the courtyard. There are a storage room with
laundry area and the outdoor shower which is very useful after a day at
the beach.
The surroundings of the holiday home
Villetta Il Glicine is in Porto Cesareo,
one of the most loved tourist destinations in Salento. The holiday home
is in a residential area, 350 meters away from the sea. The closest beach and the city centre are within walking distance.
The
golden beaches with sandy dunes and Caribbean sea such as Torre
Chianca, Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto and Torre Castiglione are a few
kilometers away. The lively city centre of Porto Cesareo with its
amenities is within walking distance.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
