As you arrive, park on the private driveway adjacent to the mobile home and step directly into the spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a true home-from-home experience is at your fingertips, from pots and pans to cutlery, plates, and appliances including a kettle, toaster, microwave, under-counter fridge freezer, oven, and hob. The open plan lounge and dining area exude a cozy ambiance, featuring comfy fitted corner seating that can transform into an occasional sofa bed upon special request. Entertainment options abound with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. The dining area is adorned with a table, fitted corner seating, and additional chairs stored under, ensuring ample space for meals or family game nights. An extra sofa bed accommodates two additional guests.

The main bathroom offers a touch of luxury with a large walk-in shower, low-level W.C., and wash hand basin. Adjacent to this is a bedroom with two single beds and a high-level fitted wardrobe. The master bedroom, impressively spacious, features fitted wardrobes and room for a travel cot if needed. The added bonus of an en-suite half bathroom with a low-level WC and wash hand basin enhances your comfort.

Basic kitchen essentials are provided, including tea, coffee, sugar, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, and tea towels. Step outside onto the decked area for a breath of fresh sea air and alfresco dining, complete with an outdoor dining table, four chairs, and a parasol.

There are no facilities during off peak times, however, don't forget the beach is just a pebble’s throw from the mobile home and is great in the winter too. You could enjoy the surf during the blustery weather or wrap up warm and take a walk along the long and beautiful bay. Eastbourne, Battle and Hastings are also great winter places to explore.

While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time.

Our dedicated cleaning teams require sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property between guests to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone. By adhering to our standard check-in and check-out times, we can maintain the high standards that we aim to provide for each guest.

A lovely static homes, with everything you need. Comfortable bed and great facilities. Homely and welcoming. The campsite is pristine, with a beautiful beach less than a minute walk away. Less than 20 minutes walk is Pevensey Bay, a gorgeous seaside village with local pubs and restaurants.
