Country House Il Biroccio was established in 2003 after the careful renovation of an old farmhouse located 15 km from the historic centre of Urbino (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Wild land, hills and cultivated fields as far as the eye can see allow guests a totally relaxing stay and total immersion in nature. There are no roads or cars, no smog and no noise, and the nearest town is 10 km away.

The Country House houses 7 flats of various sizes. There is a panoramic swimming pool, plenty of outdoor space and a barbecue at guests' disposal.
People who are not guests of the structure are not allowed in the swimming pool.

The GAZZA flat is a romantic flat, ideal for 2 adults. The windows overlook the garden and the panorama all around.
Independent entrance, the door leads to a living area with sofa, table and TV, large fridge, equipped kitchenette, double bedroom with air conditioning and bathroom with shower cubicle. Private terrace overlooking the pool and hills.

Occasional dinners are organised.
