Located in the heart of Edinburgh?s New Town, Thistle Street offers the
best of city centre living. This lively and vibrant cobbled street has
pretty Georgian architecture and an excellent range of restaurants,
cafes and bars as well as designer shops. Most of Edinburgh's sights
are within easy walking distance and a number of bus routes pass close
by should one wish to go further afield. The two bedroom apartment is
on the first floor of a stylish conversion of an old auction house. It
offers plenty of space which has been thoughtfully equipped and
decorated to provide an extremely comfortable base for visitors to the
city. A large entrance hallway has rooms radiating off it and leads to
a wonderful kitchen living area. The wooden floored sitting area has
been tastefully furnished with large sofas bedecked with colourful
cushions which have been arranged around a large low table. Plenty of
shelving houses a selection of books, a TV and DVD Player and the walls
have an attractive array of pictures and paintings. There is a desk and
Wi-Fi is available should this be required. A stunningly large kitchen
has an excellent collection of crockery, cookware glasses and cutlery
should guests wish to eat in and is appointed with an electric oven and
gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher and
washing machine. A large table in the centre of the rooms provides
seating for 6 people. The master bedroom is to the front of the
property and has a king size bed and is furnished with chest of
drawers, wardrobe, bedside table and lamps. This room has the benefit
of a good sized en-suite shower room with shower, wc and wash hand
basin. The pretty second bedroom is to the rear of the property and,
again, offers plenty of hanging and storage space. A large crisp white
bathroom with bath and shower over, wc and wash hand basin and good
lighting and mirrors completes the accommodation. This apartment does

We do not meet guests at their apartments, but they can collect keys to the property from a nearby collection point. We are available by telephone 7 days a week to help with any problems that our visitors may encounter.

We do not meet our guests at their apartments, we ask them to contact us in advance of their stay with their arrival time and we arrange to leave keys in a convenient key safe. We sure that guests have a 24 hour emergency number in case of any problems during their stay.
We are not permitted to have a keysafe for this building, but we can either arrange key collection via Keynest at Waverly station for guests arriving by train, or guests can also now use a local convenience store situated in the next street.
