Beautiful lodge ideal coastal location.. wish we could have stayed longer!

Relaxing stay

The lodge was lovely and felt really welcoming. It was perfect for a weekend away to recharge our batteries. The wine was a lovely touch, thank you. Would definitely stay again

Little welcome touches were nice after a long journey. Plenty of space for our two dogs. Lots of storage space which was very unexpected! Nice to have use of two bathrooms, the luxury of a washing machine and a dishwasher! A fan would be a handy investment- we took our own, but travelling in the heat I’m sure it would be a great addition.We would recommend to family and friends…

We had a fantastic stay! The lodge was perfectly placed, steam running along side. Inside was immaculate, everything you needed. Plenty of kitchen ware to cook anything you fancied, with lots of plates, cups etcStone throw away from the beach for walks along the coastal path. The ship Inn just down the road, 1 minute walkIdeal location for a peaceful break. Will definitely come again!!!

Peaceful and stress free

Quiet peaceful break which we needed .. book the ship if wanting meals gets busy excellent food and staff , The lodge has everything you need and extra touches , coast nearby and good for walks

We had a really lovely time, the lodge was very clean and comfortable. Not far from Sheringham and Cromer.

3rd time I’ve stayed here, what a beautiful and well presented property, really comfortable and well equipped. Quiet with a lovely view from decking - so relaxing. Wonderful walks/excursions close by. I fully intend to book here again

Home comforts in a wonderful location

We have stayed in this property previously. It is on an exceptional site and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The host is readily available if you have a problem/question and acts swiftly to any request. Due to its location you have the luxury of being able to access all the coastal resorts, Cromer, Sheringham, Wells etc , along one coastal road.

Great weekend

Great weekend. Fabulous property. Everything clean and tidy ready for arrival. Right down to a bottle of wine, and some milk in the fridge. Would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in north Norfolk.

Holiday in weybourne

We were delighted with the accomadation. The view from the decking was lovely and we had the good weather to sit and enjoy it. Everything had been thought about . It's a pity there wasn't a visitors book so we could tell everyone how good it was. It was a lovely location for walking and using the bus to go further afield.

Outside area

Apart from a dripping tap the inside was spotless and lived up to previous reviews The decking area outside however has a pine tree overhead and there was always pine needles and bird droppings over the furniture

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and your feedback. The dripping tap has now been sorted and I thank you for letting me know about it. The lodge is situated in a lovely wooded area and yes, unfortunately nature as it is does sometimes lead to bird droppings and leaves on the deck. A brush is provided for the outside and personally when I’m there for a holiday I just give it a quick sweep and if there are bird droppings, the furniture can be wiped clean to ensure that the outside area can be enjoyed. I know this isn’t suitable for everyone but if you enjoy peace, quiet and nature it’s a lovely relaxing place to be! I’m glad the interior lived up to expectations and I hope you enjoyed your holiday. I would love to welcome you back should you ever want to stay again. Best wishes Jane.

Wonderful lodge

This lodge was absolutely amazing. It was even bigger than it looked in the photos. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and so well equipped. In a lovely spot, only a ten minute stroll to the beach. Fantastic walks along the beach or along the cliff top coastal path to Sheringham or Salthouse. We used the Ship Inn each day we were there. The food was amazing, very friendly staff and also dog friendly. Only 3 minute walk from the lodge. Our only problem was that we only went for three nights and didn’t want to leave at the end of it. Looking to rebook already but it is very popular!
