Incantu, mountain vacation home with garden and view -Sardinia

Thanks for your rewiew. Regarding to the garden, as you can see, all the photos on the website show a rustic garden with flowers and typical plants of Mediterranean forest. Regarding to the dogs'poop, we were so sorry for the inconvenience and we apologised: the property is separated from the road by a gate, so normally it is inaccessible to dogs. However we can’t rule out as a very exceptional event that a stray dog snuck in crossing the vineyard. Moreover, the property is exactly 4,5 km from the village and shops, because it’s a country house surrounded by the nature. By the way it’s not completely isolated: there are many houses closed to ours and the “Agriturismo Ticci” is 100m away from our property. Regarding to the point of humidity, unfortunately the shower-sink broke, so there was a water ingress by there and it scraped off the peeling of the plaster. Anyway it has been repaired and we introduced an insulation system to protect the house from humidity and mildew. Regarding to the last point, we let the e-mail we sent to you speak for us: “I'm really sorry and sad because you left our house: the hospitality is very important for us so It would be a pleasure for me to have you as my guests again in Seulo, without paying (gratis).  We could decide together about the period.  I really hope you'll change your opinion about Seulo and you will enjoy a beautiful experience.  It also would be a pleasure for us inviting you for a boat trip on our boat in Cagliari, if you are still here, to show you our amazing sea.  Let me know about it, Best regards,  Miriam” As you can see, we always try to do the best we can to remedy any type of inconvenience and take care of our guests, because making you feel comfortable and letting you enjoy a beautiful experience is our priority.

I am sorry if you didn’t feel comfortable in my property. It’s really curious that all the other our client have been so excited and enthusiasts about the house and the beauty of the place. We’ve never said you couldn’t use the oven, but we warned you that if you have turned on all the domestic appliances and the heat pump at the same time, they would have made the electric goes off. The message’s meaning is different. Any way, we rushed to solve theirs problem, the same evening we invited them for dinner at the restaurant near the house because we felt bad for the inconvenience. In the morning we sent the electrician because we thought there was a problem but it wasn’t. The clients have just turned on all the warming stove (in the bathroom, in the kitchen in the living room and in the bedroom!!), lights, water heater and stoven all together..so of course the electric went off. In every house’s bathroom and in every 5 star hotel there is a wall socket near the wash basin. The toaster is situated on the furniture and there is a wall socket near that so nobody needed to put the toaster on the floor. The kettle is not included in my house description. The house is in a very good conditions, there is no mildew and we painted all the house a short time ago. Frankly we really care about the cleaning and this is an aspect that all the previous client noticed and underlined. I am sorry you didn’t like the vintage furniture, it’s a country house so the furniture combine with the environment and not with the modern style. There were lot of pictures of our property on the website so you could see before booking. The barbecue outside contains the instruments to be used. The outsides of the house is obviously rustic, immersed in the green, with grass and trees. This is another aspect for which our clients leave the house enchanted and relaxed. There are no pending electrical cables, and if it rains the water doesn’t come in by the windows. That was the Flinstone movie. In addition, I want “to thank” our clients for leaving the property 4 days before, without warning, leaving the door open to robbers, burglars or everyone, and leaving the key hung on the door. That was really inadmissible. I warmly suggest to this couple another typology of vacation, in a very modern 5 star hotel in the city, and not a country house immersed in the unspoiled nature of Seulo.

Dear Robert, Thanks for your feedback. The grill is certainly rusted because it had not been used for so long as the roasting tools. In any case we have replaced the grill and the tools with new ones. Thanks again for your beautiful words. Best Miriam

Dear Nathalie, thanks for your feedback. We have now solved all the little problems you mentioned. As for the keys, the master bedroom and the restroom can be locked with the available keys. On the other hand, the second bedroom that you found open does not have a key, precisely because it is our pleasure to provide our guests an extra space, although not booked. With respect to the garden, we strive to keep it always at its best. Moreover, it should be noted that it is a rustic garden set in a context of unspoilt nature. Grazie a questi splendidi ospiti per gli apprezzamenti sulla casa e sul posto. Per quanto riguarda il giardino abbiamo già incaricato degli operai specializzati in modo da migliorarlo ma lasciando l'identità di un giardino rustico con le piante caratteristiche della macchia mediterranea
