Offering three bedrooms; a super-king-size double with zip/link feature, a king-size double and a twin, sharing use of a family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, this property can sleep five. There is also a cloakroom, an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining and seating area and a sitting room with gas fire. Outside there is an enclosed patio garden with seating, an enclosed lawn and off-road parking for two cars. 9 Mead Close is a wonderful base for those wanting to explore the magnificent Cotswolds.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric Range cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine chiller, washing machine, dishwasher and kitchen supplies. Smart TV, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed patio and lawn garden with seating.
