Der preisgekrönte Kotor Vista-Komplex wurde im August 2009 fertiggestellt. Es handelt sich um einen modernen, aber sympathischen Komplex mit 2 beheizten Pools, von denen einer über einen Whirlpool und einen Kinderspielbereich verfügt. Es gibt auch Internetzugang über WLAN.

Es ist eine der schönsten Entwicklungen in der Bucht von Kotor und versetzt Selbstversorger in Montenegro in eine neue Dimension.
Das Apartment bietet luxuriöses Wohnen, verbunden mit einer atemberaubenden günstigen Lage in einem der bestgehüteten Geheimnisse der Adria.

Es gibt 2 große Schlafzimmer mit Einbauschränken. Schlafzimmer 1 hat Schiebetüren zum Balkon und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Fjord! Ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche mit einem Bildschirm. Badezimmer 2 ist mit einer Duschkabine ausgestattet (in diesem Badezimmer befindet sich auch eine Waschmaschine)
Die Wohnung ist voll klimatisiert und verfügt bei Bedarf über eine Fußbodenheizung.

Großes offenes Wohn- / Esszimmer und voll ausgestattete Küche. Die Küche verfügt über alle Geräte, die Sie erwarten würden, einschließlich großem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Geschirrspüler, Herd mit 4-Platten-Halogen-Kochfeld, Backofen und Grill, es gibt auch eine Mikrowelle. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie benötigen.
Der Essbereich verfügt über einen großen Tisch mit Glasplatte und vier Stühlen.

Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Sofa und 2 Sessel mit einem großen Flachbild-Sat-TV, einem DVD- / CD-Player und großen Terrassenschiebetüren, die zum Balkon mit einem hölzernen Rattan-Terrassentisch und 4 Stühlen führen.
Wir haben eine große Auswahl an DVDs und CDs für Ihren Genuss.

Wir haben die Wohnung so eingerichtet, dass sie in einem zeitgemäßen Stil das Zuhause von Zuhause ist, damit unsere Gäste die Erfahrung haben, die sie verdienen, um einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in einer der schönsten Gegenden der Adria zu verbringen.

Lovely apartment with sensational views

Once you can find the place it's absolutely lovely (there IS a sign from the road but it's easily missed). A top floor apartment in a small block; quiet and private. There are lots of personal touches making it feel very home-y, the air-con keeps the place comfortable whilst the various balconies give you lots of opportunities to to peer at the huge liners that infest Kotor. There is a bakery about 15 mins walk, and walking into Kotor itself takes about 25-30 mins (often quicker than driving due to the weight of traffic). And a huge shout out to Delfina who was a tremendous help and advisor

Nice place, great view

We had a nice time at this place and were very warmly welcomed by Delphina who was then also very responsible to all our requests during our stay. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and has air con in the living room. It has a great view on Kotor old town and there are two swimming pools in the apartment complex, not very busy when we stayed in August. It was also very well equipped for our 2 years old: baby bed, high chair, toy box etc. Overall it's a good location but if you want to go to Kotor, the walk is relatively long (25') and quite stressful, especially by night: the road is super narrow and cars can't even cross and there's no sidewalk for pedestrians. Things to improve: - Outside of toilet paper, absolutely no basic supply is provided which is very unusual in a vacation rental of this price. Even though you stay only for a few days, you'll have to rush to the supermarket as soon as you arrive to buy those basic stuff, and sometimes you'll have no choice but to buy in large quantities: absorbent paper, tabs for washing machine and dishwasher, product for washing up, oil, vinegar, coffee etc. because you won't find the minimum you need in the closets (unless you've come right after me). Guests would prefer these items than the complementary bottle of rosé. - The owner won't register you to the local tourism office while it's a legal obligation for them to so (confirmed directly by the office) and you'll be in trouble without a proof of registration when you leave the country. - It would have be nice to have booklet with nearby restaurants, shops etc.

Fantastisch om hier te verblijven

Zeer comfortabel appartement voorzien van complete uitrusting. Groot balkon met prachtig uitzicht over de baai. Met 4 vaste bedden zeer geschikt voor 4 personen. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan de directe omgeving (baai, omringende bergen ) en verkenning van de oude stad. Parkeren voor de deur. Wel veel trappen lopen.

De superbes vacances !

S'il y a un mot à dire, c'est OUAHOU ! L'appartement de Katrin offre sans exagérer la plus belle vue sur la baie et la ville de Kotor. De plus, il est parfaitement aménagé, équipé, spacieux et correspond à la description, même plus. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants et bénéficions du salon-séjour, de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain et de 2 magnifique balcons donnant une vue exceptionnelle sur les bouches. De plus, Muo est située à 15min à pied de Kotor ce qui est un avantage non négligeable au vu de l'impossibilité de se garer gratuitement à kotor. Enfin, même si elle n'était pas sur place Katrin était disponible rapidement par mail pour toute information ou question. En résumé, vous pouvez y aller sans craintes.

Only thing I’d say is the property was hard to find. Owner could not give exact address so we spent a long time looking for it in Muo and ended up having to ask a local who kindly showed us the way. Bit stressful! Otherwise fab place.

Great views and a wonderful pool

All descriptions were accurate. The apartment is a jewel, the location is magnificent, wonderful pool and the local restaurants surprised us with high quality and low prices. The owner provided good services and the manager, Дelfina, gracefully met all our needs. Fantastic place, amazing view!

We are delighted with the stay in the apartments of Kotor Vista! Magnificent view of the Bay of Kotor and ships. Very clean and well decorated apartment with a large terrace, on which we loved to sit at breakfast and in the evening with a glass of wine. Nice pool, private parking space. Close to Kotor with its restaurants and shops. I would recommend this place with pleasure and want to return there again. Richard

AMAZING VIEW, GREAT LOCATION, AND WELL EGUIPPED APARTAMENT

We had a wonderful two-week summer vacation in September in Montenegro. Myself, my wife and our 2 girls ( aged 8&12). The spectacular breathtaking stunning views from the large balcony and also the pool area really are sublime day or night - cruise ships docked out in the bay, beautiful yachts and the Fantastic clear views of old Kotor town and Fortress Walls. It really is beyond your wildest imagination how beautiful waking up every morning to this view outside your bedroom patio window or balcony. The apartment exceeded our expectations and has everything a family would need. Very well equipped and furnished and comes with efficient air conditioning as well. In a quiet residential area but only a 20 minute walk round the bay to all the attractions that Kotor has to offer. Easy access from Тivat and Dubrovnik airport. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, a toaster, a coffee machine, many glasses for beer and wine. It was nice to have a dishwasher and a washing machine too inin the second shower room .We spent lots of time on the huge balcony for meals, sunbathing, relaxing and enjoying the breath taking views over the bay of Kotor. Katrin the owner was extremely helpful and informative, giving lots of suggestions which helped our trip run smoothly, car rental, restaurant recommendations and family days out. The apartment is in a ideal location to explore Kotor and the surrounding area by walking, car or bus. It's 15mins walk to the old town or by car we drove 5 minutes for 2-3 euros. also beaches, waterparks, boat trips and parasailing all an easy 10-30mins drive. We all loved the swimming pools and Jacuzzi - shallow pool for our youngest and a bigger deeper pool for the oldest, whilst still enjoying the beautiful views. I would 100% recommend the apartment for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in a beautiful part of the world.

Stunning location, tasteful decorated and comfortable. Parking available but steep steps to rooms.

We had an eventful 10 day’s which all ended well but sadly got off to a very poor start when our key broke in the lock. I managed to get the broken part out but they didn’t have spare and the on site handy man had to break in to the appartment ( which took 5 hours!) Our family we’re all stuck outside without water, in wet swimming clothes at night! The owner was unable to provide a spare key which is ridiculous and then expected us to pay for the new lock! We refused and eventually after two days it was sorted and the door was again lockable. Sadly for us our family all spent the next week being ill with a bug so we were unable to explore the area 😞 Once everyone was well again we used our car to visit many beautiful locations around Kotor. It is a truly stunning area with gorgeous countryside within easy reach, (as long as you are okay with the tricky roads.) It is possible to walk into Kotor, it takes about 20 minutes and there is a nice bakery about 10 minutes away ( walking) . The apartment itself was very comfortable , nicely decorated and furnished.The air conditioning was effective. The balcony was wonderful to sit on to eat and the view from the main bedroom window was breathtaking! It was helpful having a washing machine and dishwasher but we couldn’t get the sound on the DVD player to work ( which would have been handy with sick children). There was no bread knife or tin opener and no pillow or towels for the fifth person , despite asking the owner for these they never appeared. The mop was broken too and a new one didn’t materialise ( I did a lot of cleaning to try to contain the bug) Having said this the other guests ( British mostly) were really nice and helpful and the on site handyman ‘Nicolau’ was very nice. The pool area is lovely and the reception block has a good stack of up to date paperbacks. All in all we would recommend this property and Kotor. Make sure you visit the Old town at night. Finally the WiFi is a bit hit and miss so if this is important to you you may need to make your own provisions.

Breathe taking views

Lovely place, all you could ask for. Amazing views and around 20min walk into the centre. We had lots of steps leading upto the apartment but if steps are a problem then maybe this isn't the area for you. Lots of restaurants and bars in the centre, also loads to see around the area. Be aware that large cruise ships dock daily so may get busy around town. Overall very recermended.

Fantastic views

We enjoyed our stay at Kotor Vista. The location and views were fantastic, and it was really nice to have the pool. The internet in the apartment was poor, so would maybe not recommend if you need to work etc. But other than that it was a nice easy stay. Thanks!

A happy stay at the Kotor Vista Apartment

Firstly the location is incredible and the view from the balcony of the apartment is one of the best you could wish for!! The apartment itself even though advertises for six people, in my opinion, is more suited to 4 people. We are a family of 5 and one of us used the sofa bed which although very comfortable and of a very good standard was not big enough for two adults. However the two large beds in each bedroom were really big and super comfy. If I am being honest there wasn't really enough bedding for five either and we had to borrow a pillow from the reception. The reception and staff were actually wonderful and the day we arrived the air con poured water all over the lounge floor. However the maintenance man repaired this immediately for which we were very grateful. Please bear in mind that the whole apartment is not air conditioned, there is a single air con unit in the living area so we left the bedroom doors open at night as it did get very hot. The kitchen was so well equipped with absolutely everything you need and there is even a washing machine. Two bathrooms which was great but the doors didn't lock and the handle kept falling off (I'm probably being picky now)! There are 2 swimming pools and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Super clean and peaceful. Kotor old town is a leisurely 25 minute from the apartment. Be aware though that if you walk back it is uphill and the last approach to the resort is steep. It would not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues. On the plus side a taxi into Kotor only costs a couple of euros so is a viable alternative to walking. Muo, Kotor, Porto Montenegro are so beautiful and I would recommend staying at Kotor Vista and this apartment.

the best holiday

We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough!! It was just perfect, giving us everything we needed and the views are absolutely superb! The quality of this apartment is outstanding – it is clean, tidy and very spacious. It is in an excellent location with a view that definitely has the WOW factor! To wake up to such fantastic views over the fjord and hills towards the lovely Old Town was the best start to the day anyone could ask for. So much so, that we were up at 7.00am each day (normally unheard of on holiday!) so that we could sit on the ample balcony in the sun eating breakfast whilst watching the sun rise, listening to the birds singing and watching Kotor start its day! And to also sit on the balcony during the evenings with a glass of wine was the perfect end to the day! The cruise ships which visit Kotor are quite a sight to behold and fascinating to watch. The Old Town, which is just 15 minutes walk, is a lovely place to visit and the food and drink is exceptionally reasonable, as is the supermarket food – an extra bonus to the holiday! We visited Budva for the day which was a nice little place with a beach, marina and Old Town, and had a lovely lunch at a restaurant in the sun on the beach which cost just €20 for 2 courses, wine and coffee! All in all, one of the best holidays we have ever had and we cannot wait to visit again! Thank you!

Lovely apartment and surroundings!

This is a great place to stay! The poolarea is amazing and the apartment is very nice and clean. We enjoyed every minute in Montenegro. The staff are also very friendly. If you are looking for a total experience in Kotor this is the place to stay. It takes about 4-5 min with taxi to Kotor and it is cheap. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This is a perfect place to stay when you want a relaxing time in Kotor. Modern well equipped apartment just outside the city centre. Very nice pool area - large apartment with everything you need for a nice holiday. And the Kotor region is truly beautiful. Would love to come back another time !
