Inside, the bright and stylish living room is furnished with high-quality pieces and includes a comfortable double sofa bed (1.50 x 1.90 m). The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a convenient and pleasant stay.
The bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite full bathroom.
The apartment is located in one of Seville’s most desirable central areas, just next to Plaza del Duque and within walking distance of Avenida Torneo, Plaza de Armas Station, Paseo Colón, and the Guadalquivir River.
Calle Liñán is a quiet, narrow street, ensuring a restful stay while being surrounded by numerous tapas bars, restaurants, small shops, and supermarkets. All major landmarks, including the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Alcázar, and the Archivo de Indias, are just a short walk away.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.
