Apple Barn is a picture-perfect Grade II listed cottage resting in Crantock, Cornwall. Hosting two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin (zip/link can be super-king-size on request), along with a ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and additional parking in the village out of season, along with an enclosed rear garden with lawn, barbecue and furniture. Apple Barn is a perfect retreat for a tranquil break to Cornwall.
Amenities: Oil fired central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with FreeSat, bluetooth speaker, HDMI connection for consoles, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack of logs (in cold seasons) inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (beach towels not provided). Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Off-road parking for one car. Additional charge parking may be available at the Village Hall, otherwise, where/when permitted, additional parking may be in the village out of season. Enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, barbecue and furniture. Portable washing device available to help wash off sand after a visit to the beach. One well-behaved dog is welcome(your dog must be kept off furniture and is not allowed upstairs or to toilet in garden). Sorry, no smoking (this includes e-cigarettes/vaping). Shop and pub 0.1 mile. Note: Check in time is 4pm. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: The gardener may need to visit during your stay.
