Park View, Cromer is a contemporary two‑bedroom holiday home offering comfort, convenience, and easy access to North Norfolk's best-loved attractions. Situated in a quiet residential area just 1.1 miles from Cromer's Blue Flag beach and iconic pier, this dog‑friendly property is ideal for seaside breaks all year round.

The light, open‑plan living space includes a modern kitchen with everything you need, plus French doors leading to a south‑facing courtyard garden. Upstairs, the en‑suite master bedroom and twin room provide flexible accommodation for families or friends. With two bathrooms, a downstairs WC, WiFi, parking at the door, and a secure garden, it's designed for effortless coastal living.

Walk to the beach, explore Felbrigg Hall via nearby footpaths, or hop on the train to Sheringham or Norwich—Park View puts you in the perfect spot to enjoy Cromer and the wider North Norfolk coast.
Ground Floor: with front door opening into hallway with door to WC and washbasin and stairs leading to first floor. Door into the Sitting room: with comfortable sofas and Freesat, Smart TV, Blu Ray player, leading into open plan kitchen/breakfast room with dishwasher, washer/dryer, built-in electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer. With French doors leading out to south facing paved courtyard garden. Gate leading to rear access.
First floor: landing, with doors opening to principal bedroom with king size bed, built in wardrobes and ensuite shower room with WC and washbasin, TV. Door to: Twin bedroom. Door to family bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and washbasin.
Outside: South facing paved courtyard with raised beds, pergola. 1 x medium size dog permitted at £20.00 per week. Please note dogs are not permitted on furniture or upstairs. Gate leading to rear access. Two dedicated parking spaces to the front of the property. Views to front overlooking communal green space.
Please note: Stairgate (fixed at bottom of stairs). Iron and ironing board provided. Bed linen and towels provided. Location: beach 1.1 miles. Train station (Roughton Road) 5 minute walk (regular trains to Sheringham and Norwich and beyond). Cromer Golf course 4 minute drive. Cromer town centre 0.8 miles, 17 minute walk. For walkers, on the doorstep is a pleasant walk along the public footpath to the National trust property of Felbrigg Hall, which hosts many events throughout the year, there is also nearby easy access to the many coastal footpath walks. A five star retreat that is worth the trip. on first foot inside you can tell that the house is homely warm and welcoming, a as clean as a whistle. Great holiday

We had a very good holiday at this property, everything was clean and comfortable with lots of useful info about the house and local area. Parking is easy. Unlike some of our previous holidays, we looked forward to going home the end of the day. We did contact Keys holidays about a concern and by the end of the day they had contacted the property owners (lovely people) who came and sorted it themselves. They really do care about their guests, and the neighbours are also very nice. Roads can get a bit frustrating in North Norfolk but it is worth it as the area is stunning. We would highly recommend24 Randall Crescent and Keys Holidays.

Lovely modern house, clean, well equipped, warm and has a suntrap garden. Quiet residential location with a children's play area and green space for dog walking outside the front door. Cromer town centre is a 10-15 minute walk away.

Fantastic base

The house was exceptionally clean and well equipped, the welcome basket and milk was nice after the journey. It was bigger than the pictures show and the en-suite was great. It proved a great base for exploring Norfolk and was peaceful and quiet to return to. We really enjoyed the stay and will most likely book again if we return to Norfolk.

You need to stay here!

You need to stay here! This was our 2nd visit to the holiday home as we enjoyed it so much the first time around. The house is immaculate, spotlessly clean and just perfect for any couples or families. It has absolutely everything that you can think of. Every room is well equipped and the kitchen has every single piece of kitchen kit that you can think of. The owners have it set to cater for every age group. The park across the road is perfect for young toddlers through to teenagers. The property is in a very quiet location, no traffic noise at all at any time if the day. You're also within walking distance to the train station and the centre of Cromer. There are some beautiful beaches in the area that are not too long of a drive. I would highly recommend this cottage, it's just perfect
