At the first floor of a traditional venetian building, the main door opens to a short hallway from which you can get to a modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils an accessories, including dishwasher, micro-oven and toaster.

At your pleasure two big double bedrooms, separated by the living area, as well as two bathrooms complete with shower, hairdryer, toilet paper and soap.

The apartment has air conditioning, heating and soundproof windows in all the rooms.

Opening the windows of our apartment you will enjoy the venetian atmosphere at every hour of the day and the view of two beautiful little 'campiello' (square) and the underlying 'canale' surmounted by the San Grisostomo bridge.

More over, from the kitchen coffee lovers will be glad to enjoy an authentic Italian espresso made with the moka while looking to the gondolas crossing the 'canale'.

This unit was fabulous. Very clean, great communication with the owner. It is in a perfect location. We would recommend this unit with absolutely no reservations.

Wonderful two night stay in Venice!

We were a group of four, two couples, we enjoyed a two night stay at this VRBO. It was very clean and centrally located. The arrangements that were made with the property management company easy and the host showed up right on time. Would highly recommend this property!

A wonderful place to stay in Venice!

The apartment was really perfect for us. 2 bedroom and 2 bath. It was beautifully decorated, in a great location and really met our needs. The check in was easy and set up a private water taxi to and from the apartment for us. We were also given great recommendations for sites and restaurants. Would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful place in a great location

We were surprised at what a wonderful place this was--nicely updated, great location and A/C when we really needed. We only needed one of the 2 bedrooms so the cost breakdown if 2 couples rented would be such a contrast to regular hotel prices in Venice. Yet we had a place to ourselves with kitchen and the amenities of a condo.

Perfect apt in a perfect location!

We loved this apt so much! Maurizio, Salvatore, and Alessandra were so helpful and available. Responded very quickly to messages and helped us with luggage prior to check in. The apt was impeccable and the location was prime! If we come back to Venezia, we would love to stay here again ❤️

Central beauty

Nicely appointed. Great location. Easy to get access. There was a smell on the sofa that smelled like urine. When power failed at checkout time and we had left keys as directed there was no means of exit due to no backup for electrically activated front door release; a fire hazard. Had to go all the way to top apartment to find someone with key to let us out.

Horrible beds

I’ll be honest, the location is fabulous. But when you can’t sleep (not one night- we stayed 5) because the bed(s) felt like you were sleeping on a boxspring, it really makes for an extremely stressful and lousy vacation. I did text the contact person and requested a few blankets so that we could at least put them under us for a little support as there was ONE very thin blanket for the entire place. The response “we don’t have any to give you” nothing. I slept on the small couch with a very thin blanket. Pillows- horrible. You each get one pillow. And one of them had a very hard oval ring in the center of it. Couldn’t even use that one! It was HORRIBLE. Also, just a heads up, you have to give them a time you will be there to check-in. If you can’t be there, you don’t get the keys. Just a heads up, location awesome- no worth not sleeping though. 😓

Tolles Apartment in zentraler Lage

Das Apartment war sehr sauber, super ausgestattet, modern und gemütlich und die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr gut organisiert! Auf unseren Wunsch auf Änderung des Übergabetermins für den Schlüssel wurde sofort reagiert und eine gemeinsame Lösung gefunden. Gerne wieder!!!

Appartamento bello ma servizi collaterali mediocri

Bel appartamento in posizione sicuramente strategica per tutte le principali attrazioni di Venezia. Ma check in gestito non direttamente dall’host ma da un provider esterno decisamente mediocre, scarsa educazione, nessuna agevolazione verso il cliente, fretta nel definire la chiusura. Inoltre pulizia dell’appartamento perfettibile, biancheria di scarsa qualità ma soprattutto nessun follow up concreto alle segnalazioni fatte.Peccato perché l’appartamento ha un ottimo potenziale.

Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location

The apartment exceeded our expectations. While the kitchen and living room are cozy, it is significantly larger than any hotel room/suite we looked at. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size. It was very comfortable and well stocked. The A/C worked very well which was great because we were there during the crazy heat wave. Make sure you close the shutters when the sun hits the windows and the apartment will stay much cooler. We loved the location. It was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see and there was a lively little square right outside our door step (lively enough to be fun, but quiet enough not to disturb our sleep). I’d choose this again in a heartbeat!

No A/C, Noisy, Water back-up

The apartment was clean and in a good location for getting around Venice, but the three problems made it uncomfortable and annoying. When it became very warm in the apartment the first evening we inquired how to get the A/C to work. We were told the owner doesn’t but the A/C on until June. It does not state that in the amenities. The windows did keep the sound out when closed but without A/C that was impossible. We purposely selected an apartment with A/C because we wanted it for comfort and to have quiet in a noisy neighborhood. The shower drains did not function and you had to keep turning the water off and on or it overflowed the shower stall onto the bathroom floor. It did and we lost the use of the bath mat and a towel and had no extras in the apartment to replace them. The glass shower door was not on its track too. The apartment has the potential to be very nice if the problems are fixed.
