Casa Anemona is a cosy and newly refurbished 1 bedroom apartment located in Puerto Del Carmen in the Old Town. The property boasts lovely pool views as well as sea views from the terrace.

The apartment has an open plan kitchen and living room. The living area has wifi, flat screen TV with channels in various languages and a spacious terrace overlooking the pool area. From the terrace one can also enjoy the ocean views whilst having a cup of tea or a glass of Malvasia wine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. There are also all the utensils you may need to cook your favourite meals whilst on holiday in Lanzarote.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning unit and a built- in wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom is very spacious and has a walk-in shower.

Casa Anemona is located in the Loma Verde complex on the second floor and faces the pool area. There are no other apartments above, just one below.

Guests also have access to the shared swimming pool located inside the complex. For guests renting a car there is a private drive-in for the complex with many parking spaces.

Location

The complex is located in the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen and is just a short walk away from the promenade and all the bars and amenities you may need whilst on holiday. This area is ideal for morning or afternoon walks or a bicycle ride along the ample promenade which stretches from Arrecife all the way to Puerto Calero. The best beaches of Puerto del Carmen are just a short walk away, the closest being Playa Chica.


Puerto del Carmen is a great base from where to visit Lanzarote either by car, excursion or public bus. If you decide to rent a car you will enjoy calm, traffic free roads to all the main tourist attractions such as the lunar landscape of Timanfaya National Park, the Janubio salt pans or La Geria where excellent white and sweet wines are produced. Also many other attractions are available for the whole family such as a shopping mall, Rancho texas or the Golf course.

Renting a car is not necessary when staying in Puerto del Carmen. You can easily take the public buses to other tourist centres like Playa Blanca or Playa Honda or Arrecife the capital city.
