Property position and views as described.95% occupation by local families.Public access areas suffered daily contamination with dog and cat faeces and sick.The locks on the security gate to the lounge was virtually seized as previously reported. Sliding door simular. Both totally lacked necessary maintenance.15 minutes to force locks.The kitchen had basic equipment. Only two mugs. Broken ancient toaster.Wifi not working on arrival. Had to reset with my extensive IT knowledge.The sofa bed in the living room was well worn with the armrest top collapsed inwards.The storage area underneath needed a good clean.The bathroom suffered continuous paint flaking off the one wall.Bedroom 1 had a basic double bedframe. The mattress was the poorest quality and was not fit for purpose. Bedroom 2 had only one old cot type bed with a pull out drawer frame for second mattress. The bed slats were broken. Not two single beds. Mattresses were thin poor quality foam. Not fit for this use.The roof leaked in rainstorm and had to stop the water runing onto the bed with towel jammed on curtain rail. Evidence of mould on ceiling from long term problem.Other facilites as described on website did not exist. Outside large patio. Table 4 Chairs. 3 Plastc Sunbeds. No jacuzzi and NoHammocksI don't know how it could be described as a Solarium HomeCould not recommend to other potential guests.We are seasoned travellers.3 weeks in 3 properties in Crete in September. All good quality as described
