Wonderful duplex apartment with excellent sea views on the 7th floor of Block A in the Skol Complex, front line beach in the heart of Marbella, and 50m from the Marbella's famous Puerto Deportivo.
This lovely west-facing apartment enjoys spectacular sunsets; your stay is guaranteed to be as pleasant as possible! Accommodation comprises: lift access; living/dining room with huge windows and access to the terrace with privileged views; fully-equipped fitted kitchen with hob, oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc.; stairs from the lounge to the top floor; master bedroom with double bed and superb views; second bedroom with three single beds; and separate bathroom with shower over the bath.

The final cleaning of the apartment is included as long as the apartment is left tidy, without dirty dishes or utensils, and the rubbish is taken out to the street container.
