Great 2-bedroom south-facing apartment with frontal sea views on the 3rd floor of Block B in the Skol Building, in Marbella centre, with great views over the community pools and the sea, surrounded by all amenities the city has to offer, so the car is not necessary. The apartment is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Located on Block B has three elevators, and access to the apartment is via stairs; once inside, the whole apartment is on the same level, with no stairs. Accommodation comprises spacious living room with a flat-screen TV with international channels, 4-person dining area with sea views, and access to the terrace; fully-equipped open kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, hob, dishwasher, etc.; master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobe, and north-facing window; second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, and window overlooking the street; and a complete bathroom with shower.

The Skol cares for the environment, sourcing its energy partially from solar panels.
