Modern and comfortable villa perfected located for family holidays.
This stylish semi-detached villa is situated on the beachside of
Guadalmina/Casasola, 500 metres from the sea. Part of a small gated
community (20 houses) with 24 hour security, communal landscaped gardens and a communal large pool.
This highly sought after and prestigious community is
close to all amenities and is one of the few areas in Marbella
offering close proximity to the sea and beautiful golf courses
combined with a peaceful and tranquil setting.
This south facing semi detached villa is distributed over three floors and presented
in immaculate condition.
The ground floor comprises of a spacious open-plan living room, a
dining area, a modern fully equipped kitchen with utility/laundry
room, a guest cloakroom and direct access to beautiful south facing
terraces and a private garden.
The second floor offers three light and airy double bedroom suites all
with en-suite bathrooms and one with a generous south-facing terrace.
Two bedrooms with beds of 180x 200 and the other bedroom with a 140 x200 bed.
All bedrooms on this level are equipped with air conditioning as well as ceiling fans.
The entire top floor is given over to the impressive master bedroom
suite with dressing area, luxury bathroom and another south-facing
terrace with sea views. Bed size 180 x 200. This bed can be separated into two single beds of 90 x 200

The ideal location of this villa is only 10 minutes from the
world-famous glitz and glamour of Puerto Banus and even closer to
supermarkets, banks and highly rated authentic Spanish restaurants in
Guadalmina. The charming gastronomic village of Benahavis is nestled
nearby in the mountains just ten minutes away and for those wishing to
explore the area, Gibraltar, Malaga and Ronda are all less than an
hour away. This villa offers a sophisticated, comfortable and relaxing
base ideally located for all types of family holidays with amenities
and activities to fulfil every desire within easy reach.
IMPORTANT: We want you to have a good time in our lovely house, but we have a few ground rules, so things are clear and it avoids unnecessary discussions afterwards:
- No Parties -
The house is inside a quiet urbanisation with strict rules regarding noise.
- Only Registered Guests Are Allowed -
We need to know before you arrive, exactly who will be staying in the house. It is not
allowed to add additional guests without prior authorization from our side.
- No Smoking -
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including all rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Guests are only permitted to smoke outside the property or on designated terraces.
If any evidence of smoking inside the property is found after check-out, a âŹ150 fee will be charged for a specialized cleaning service. This fee will cover the cost of removing smoke odors, stains, and other damage caused by smoking.
- No Pets -
No exceptions can be made to this rule.
