The property is on two levels with an independent entrance and gate; on the ground floor there is a small garden equipped for outdoor dining and a laundry room equipped with washing machine and sink; along an internal staircase we arrive at the first floor where we find the apartment, consisting of a corridor, large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed; a bedroom with two single beds (joinable) with exclusive bathroom with shower; a double bedroom; another bathroom always equipped with a shower in the apartment; large terrace overlooking the sea.
