La Vinova it's a little ancient farmhouse at your exclusive disposal, with Wi-Fi and private patio with wide view on the Tuscan hills. The building is dated back to 16cent and is owned by the family from over one century.
It is located in Montepulciano countryside (8 min far), in a short walking distance from the little village of Acquaviva, where you can find many facilities as supermarkets, restaurant, take away shop, bakery and pastry shop, butcher, pharmacy and oil pump.
Here you will benefit of the beauty of Tuscany countryside, keeping you out of the baten pathes of the over-tourism, breathing the most authentic atmosphere of people of Tuscany with all the amenities of the town.
At your arrive you can comfortably park your car in La Vinova dedicated space located the fenced court shared with owners, equipped with automatic gate.
Here is the entrance to your house: the accommodation located on the First Floor, composed by a luminous Living Room, equipped with fireplace, modern kitchen, the sofa and Air Conditioned (€ 1,5/KW). On the opposite side, the 2 bedrooms (1 Double bed - 1 Single Bed) both have a wide view on Tuscan countryside. On request we can add a double sofa bed in the living room. The Bathroom is equipped with a luminous window and a large walk-in shower.
So, after a day trip around Tuscany, you can relax in your private outdoor area, with table, sun-umbrella, and sunbeds, for having a glass of wine or for 'al-fresco' dining among olive trees in the gentle summer breeze.
