Unser ganzjähriges Ferienhaus befindet sich am Lake Pauline in Ludlow Vermont, mit 900 Fuß Seeufer! Nur 1,5 km von Okemo Jackson Gore Basis (ca. 20 Minuten von Killington oder Woodstock).

Dieser Bereich bietet alle Outdoor-Abenteuer, die Sie suchen; Skifahren, Tubing, Motorschlitten fahren, Schneeschuhwandern im Winter und Angeln, Schwimmen und Wandern im Sommer. ** Fisch, schwimmen oder Kajak direkt vom Deck!**

Die Unterkünfte bieten bequem Platz für 6 Erwachsene. Das erste Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett, das zweite Schlafzimmer hat 3 Einzelbetten und ein Doppelbett. Das 2. "Wohnzimmer" kann als 3. Schlafzimmer fungieren und verfügt über eine Ledercouch mit einem Queensize-Ausziehbett und einer neuen Matratze. Dieses Zimmer mit Blick auf den See mit schöner Aussicht.

Es gibt 1 neues Badezimmer mit Dusche und 1 neues 1/2 Badezimmer.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet zum Kochen mit Gewürzen, Vorratswaren und Kaffeemaschine (Pot / Keuig Combo), Mikrowelle, Toaster usw. Küchentisch mit großem Fenster mit Blick auf See beherbergt 6.

Wohnzimmer mit großem, komfortablem Lederteil und Kamin, TV, WLAN, DVD-Bibliothek, Netflex und einer Reihe von Spielen für alle Altersgruppen.

Wonderful

Had an amazing time, the house is beautiful and waking up in the morning with the sun coming through the windows made it feel like a vacation. The deck and patio was amazing we spent all of our time outside. Our canine family member (our baby boy) loved the yard and barking at the kayaks going by. A lot of wildlife geese, ducks, birds, and muskrats, even small turtles. Not much to due in town, but took a short ride to Woodstock had lunch by the river and walked the East End Park. And of course we had to travel to the Vermont Country Store, which is so relaxing picked up a lot of great stuff and your pup can come inside with you. Kristen was great and so responsive. We are already looking to go back.

Ski trip

House was great. The 5 minute drive to Okemo was very convenient and shops in town were close by. Beautiful view out back with the house being almost on the water. The owner was easy to contact and answered back within minutes. I would definitely stay there again if we make a return trip to Okemo mountain

Please clear your entry ways

Both front and rear doors blocked by ice. Used a full bucket of salt to try to clear the front door stairs. Could not do it. Very dangerous. Rear door also blocked. Tried to clear as much as I could so we could enjoy the back of the property and the much advertised view. Could not access any outside areas.It snowed 3-4 inches on Thursday. I had to shovel both ends of the driveway that were blocked by the public st plows so we could get in and out. A construction tractor came the next day and plowed the parts of the driveway not occupied by our vehicles. The place was ok. A bit dirty, the kitchen exhaust fan is kinda gross. Not worth the money. We would not go back.

Beautifully appointed home in prime location

My family and I just returned from our New Years stay at “Cozy Cottage”. The home is beautifully appointed and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Waking up every morning in the sun room overlooking the lake was an absolute dream especially on a snowy day. The location is fantastic, as it’s a stones throw to Okemo, and about a 7 min drive to the town of Ludlow where you will find a grocery store, quaint shops, and dining. We definitely plan to return!

Great respite!

We had a great and restful stay. The house was exactly as listed. Views were great with ducks, beaver and a family of deer. Good fishing from the dock. This is in my top 3 of all places at which we have stayed! Definitely recommended!!!

Peaceful and lovely

Our stay in the cozy cottage on the lake was delightful. We had a super easy check-in process, followed by a lovely nighttime meal on the back deck directly on the water. We took the kayaks and the canoe out the second day, and the entire stay was wonderful. The house is not a palace, but it is clean, well-maintained, and in a lovely location directly on the water and near amenities.

Great summer getaway

This place is wonderful. We traveled with a few other couples, an infant, and a dog. We enjoyed time in the home, lounged by the fire pit, and soaked in summer at the lake. It has all of the amenities we were looking for. 10/10 would recommend!

Great family vacation home

Our families stay at Kristin's home was just what I had hoped for - having the kayaks and canoe right at the property is such a plus. It's a quiet lake and we were was out at least once a day to explore or fish. Ludlow is such a great area of VT with so much close by - we went over to Buttermilk falls - about 5 mins away and over to Woodstock and Sugarbush farms about 40 mins away. We visited the Sugar shack right down the street with Maple Creemees and other VT treats daily. The home itself is so cozy. I am going to miss sitting out on the back deck in the early morning with coffee and a good book. There was no shortage of wildlife - from a beaver family next door, to turtles, fish, a deer in the woods across from the dock the who came out everyday, and even a bear sighting on our way into town. I would highly recommend Kristins home and hope that we will have the opportunity to visit again. Thank you Kristin for sharing your home with our family

Great stay

This was a nice property with great amenities-the deck set up and availability of kayaks really made for a great experience. The host was very responsive. It was very hot inside as we were there during a heat wave. I would go back again but bring extra fans. When not in a heat wave, it is lovely inside and out. My only criticism is we didn't realize it was on such a busy road so at times the road noise was a lot, especially when you had to leave the doors and windows open due to the heat. Otherwise it was a great experience!

Cozy Cottage on the Lake

Our family enjoyed the dock and decks most of all, and my children spent as much time as they could playing in the water. The cottage is small but fit our family of four nicely. It had everything we needed for our 4-night getaway!

Adorable cottage on Lake Rescue

What a wonderful place to rest and recreate. We had a great time at the Cozy Cottage enjoying time on the back deck and paddling in the lake. Tranquility by the lake

Cozy Cottage Fun

Great house & small touches.

While it rained almost our whole stay the house stepped up to provide ....as described..a cozy cottage feel. Fireplace is fantastic...loving area so wonderfully communal (all to gather and we're a family of 5 all 18+ ) . House is ridiculously quiet despite being on a road fairly traveled during the day...no issue at night anyway when day traffic is gone. House sort of provides everything you need ...and can only imagine how nice it is in better weather (be it snow or sun) . Highly recommend.
