Beautiful remote villa with amazing host

We were staying at Villa Il Giulione with a group of 7. Upfront the communication with the agency and the hosts Cecilia and Carlo was very quick and uncomplicated. The lovely villa is situated in a beautiful landscape surrounded by hills and olive trees and totally remote. There are no neighbors or cars anywhere near to be seen or heard and the property is incredibly big. The building itself is really impressive and due to its massive and old build very easy to keep cool both day and night. At the same time it's very well equipped for cooking, BBQ etc. and has very good WiFi even at the pool. Everything was clean and tidy, both the villa and the property including the huge pool and its surroundings. Most of all, a very big compliment to the host Carlo and his team. All the time he was super nice, responsive and friendly via WhatsApp, giving us tips and recommendations and answering our questions within minutes. Also trash cans were emptied and the pool cleaned frequently. We had an awesome and perfect stay and can recommend Il Giulione 100%!

A dreamy spot, perfect pace change and time machine.

We loved the stay, from the pool, to the outdoor grill area, to the kitten that stopped by daily to say hello. A wonderful spot to base your outings from.

Relaxing the Tuscan way

Carlos property is amazing! Just 2 hours from Rome this beautiful home with a pool and outdoor eating area was the perfect place for a respite. The had everything one could need . Town and restaurant s are a short ride away. If up for a wine tasting you are only a n 1 hour away from Montalcino or Montepulciano

Grazie! We immediately feel relaxed when we get there. My family loved it. We really enjoyed the outdoor space around the BBQ, patio, pool, and terrace. Set in beautiful countryside villa provides stunning views and great natural landscapes! Villa is very close to Orvieto, Acquapendente, and Bolsena, with lots of supermarkets and local restaurants serving the most delicious Italian food. Trevinano is a great place for other activities as well: hiking, biking, ATV riding...We also visited Lago di Bolsena, a great place to enjoy the lake and its surroundings. We will return to this natural beauty again.

We did some hiking and other activities during our stay there and our family had a wonderful time together. We kept visiting near places (Piancastagnaio, Orvieto, and Acquapendente) during our stay and enjoyed the food at local restaurants there. The pool was clean and a great size with plenty of space around to get the sun and a large covered area if you prefer less sun. The outside garden area was a PLUS, our kids used it as a home playground and also liked the pool area. We also visited Bolsena and enjoyed ourselves at the lake-Lago di Bolsena. We found people at Trevinano to be very friendly and nice. We enjoyed their hospitality and their help in pointing out the directions, places to visit, and what local specialties to try. Overall we enjoyed our holiday at Villa Il Giulione and we are planning to visit Trevinano next year as well.

Villa Il Giulione is a gorgeous farmhouse with a to die view. The house is nice with a lot of space for everyone. A vacation to rest recharge your battery. It is a perfect place for swimming, sunbathing and even hiking, biking, wine tasting...We visited also Orvieto and Radicofani where we tried delicious Tuscany specialties and wine tasting tours. We will definitely come back to this quiet location.

Its stunning scenery, amazing views and it is the most peaceful place I have ever visited. Clean, private, and comfortable villa with rustic-traditional decorations. The rooms are comfortable and have lots of storage. Couldnt fault the villa at all. Outside very specious courtyard with a great pool and garden area. We visited Radicofani, Acquapendente, and Lago di Bolsena a couple of times and really enjoyed tasting delicious Italian specialties in local restaurants there. Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with family and friends. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location. Nice terrace and pool where we mostly enjoyed during the day and evening. Also, great spacious garden area where our children play when they get bored. All in all an excellent villa for friends gatherings. I highly recommend it to someone who wants to be totally isolated from the outside world.

As a group of hardworking scientists it was that time of the year to go on our annual vacation, and being scientist our choice fell on this particular villa that met our every expectation and beyond. The science and geological museum gave us the chance to enjoy science in a very relaxed setting; the winery brought out the connoisseur in us and the food tantalizingly good. Our different personalities were met due to the layout of the villa; because we were able to seek out our personal study corners; not to mention the comfort of the villa offering its mixture of traditional and modern settings. A vacation to recharge the scientific mind.

Sicily has a long history with a beautiful landscape. Being in Turkey you can not miss the mud baths. Enjoyed the wines and pizza restaurants. There is a lot that Sicily has to offer. The villa is surrounded by lots of greenery which makes the villa feel cool. It is very comfortably furnished and every one of us was enjoying it. Incidentally a well-kept villa and good features.
