A lovely detached well maintained Villa with private heated pool, comfortable sun beds and beautiful views overlooking Javea

The house has been comfortably furnished to make sure guests have an enjoyable and relaxed stay

The villa is 25 minutes walk to Arenal beach and only 10 minutes walk to Cala Blanca beach so it’s within easy reach of all available amenities

Apart from steps leading up to the villa everything is on one level and the main kitchen leads out on to the pool area

The lovely heated pool is salt chlorinated and so is much kinder to your skin

Our third time staying here and it's always a great week away. The villa has everything you need and is well equipped. Shop is about ten min walk and the beach 30 min. We look forward to our next stay!

Would definitely stay in this villa again, also the owners were very helpful.

Villa was in a great location and pretty private, the pool was of a good size so would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding stay

The host is very accommodating and was always available. The villa is private and so much more than the picture let on. Which was a wonderful surprise!If you book here you'll make many life long memories!

Fantastic Property and Very Cool Owners

Potentially the best property I have ever rented. Extremely well thought out layout and you can tell it is someone's holiday home rather than a property that is churned. Aircon effective, beds comfortable, location excellent (walkable to main beach area, with plenty of restaurants plus even more restaurants en route). Super pool for the kids and everyone had a wonderful time. We were 3 generations of the same family, aged from 7 - 61.

The Perfect Villa

Excellent Villa exactly as described and more, brilliant pool extensively used and enjoyed. Any small issues raised were dealt with efficiently by the very friendly owner Jayne. No complaints whatsoever, There are restaurants nearby but for anything else a car is virtually essential. Overall a fantastic holiday in a beautiful villa never to be forgotten.

Amazing villa, excellent hosts

Two families of 7 stayed for 2 weeks, June/july 23, have had a fantastic holiday. This villa has everything you could want and hosts that will bend over backwards to sort out any problems you have, even when completely outwith their control. Outside areas are beautiful, plenty space for everyone, ideal pool size and idyllic views. The outdoor cooking area and seating above the pool is the perfect spot for a gorgeous sunset. If we ever travel as a 7 again we will definitely be back.

Most relaxing family getaway - a home from home

We had the most amazing and relaxing stay at the villa in Javea. The pool was just perfect, the outside area is really big and not necessarily shown how large it is in the photos! The villa has every amenity you could possibly want, so much so we didn't really feel the need to leave. The kitchen opens up perfectly in to an outside dining area which we used most days and some evenings for BBQs. Jane was fantastic and kept us informed in the lead up to our holiday and was even on hand to answer questions while we were there! We had the best time. We hope to be back!!

Great holiday villa, in a nice area and close to amenities. Ideal for families.

Having done many villa holidays over the years this villa is up there with best of them. Communication with the owners was excellent. A lot of thought has been put into the reconfiguring and updating the villa especially the lovely modern kitchen with the "slide away" patio doors which completely opens it up to the pool and BBQ area. When it was really hot it was pleasant to sit in the Naya to the side of the kitchen which is shaded with a nice cool breeze blowing through it Great Aircon and fans in the bedrooms, fast internet throughout the villa and a good sized pool and surrounding area. Outdoor shower room / toilet was a bonus allowing us to shower before and after going in the pool without having to into the villa. The surrounding area is colourful and nice to look out on with a view of Mt. Montgo and the lovely sunsets. We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday at the villa, and would certainly consider returning in the future. Jim, Grace and family.

Recomendamos muchísimo la casa. Es una maravilla. Hasta que no estás en ella no imaginas lo cómoda que es. La cocina es espectacular. La zona es muy tranquila, muy verde y abierta. Las puestas de sol, incomparables. Una alegría tener la visión del Montgó acompañándote. Gracias a Jayne por su permanente atención. Repetiremos!

Podría ser nuestra casa…

…salvo que no lo es. Pero durante unos días hemos tenido la impresión de que lo era. Todo está perfecto, organizado, preparado para que durante los días de la estancia no eches nada de menos. Eso sí, cuando dejas la casa ya empiezas a pensar en volver. Por eso ya hemos reservado para el próximo verano. Con eso creo que lo decimos todo. Gracias infinitas a Jayne y Myles Edwards

Estupenda

Estuvimos 6 adultos. Jayne una anfitriona stupenda. Muy atenta y pendiente en todo momento. La casa muy comoda y acogedora, en un sitio tranquilo. Tiene de todo incluyendo AA- calefaccion y piscina climatizada. Le falta una BBQ de verdad.... es una plancha de gas. Repetiremos
