This stunning detached five bedroom villa is set in a private location just a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and within easy reach of all of the resort amenities.

As you enter the villa, you will find the large and modern, open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area surrounded by patio doors that lead to the spacious pool and garden area. The living room features comfortable sofas and Satellite TV, the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 8 persons, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay and includes an island with extra seating for 3 people. On the same floor there is a double bedroom with direct access to the veranda that overlooks the sea views. There is also shower and a toilet on this floor.

On the first floor, you will find two of the five bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with bathtub, overhead shower and WC.

On the lower ground floor, you will find the fourth and fifth bedrooms, which have two single beds in each. There is also full size pool table and table football located here, plus an extra bathroom with a shower and WC.

Outside, in the large spacious garden, you will find a barbecue, outside dining area, outside shower, sun loungers and large private pool overlooking the views.
