Villa Tulipa is a welcoming 4‑bedroom home with air conditioning and a games room, ideal for families or groups of friends who want comfort, outdoor space and easy access to the beach and local amenities.



Step inside to four bedrooms with twin beds and three full bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space and flexibility. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub, plus a convenient guest WC. Upstairs, you will find three further twin bedrooms: one with a bathroom with bathtub, one with a bathroom with shower and one sharing those facilities, making it easy for families to organise their daily routines.



The interior is cosy and practical, with a living room featuring an L‑shaped sofa, two armchairs and a dining table for eight, so everyone can relax and eat together comfortably. The separate kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and a table for four, perfect for easy breakfasts or quick meals at home.



Outside, the pool area is designed for long, lazy days in the sun, with a good‑sized private swimming pool, sun loungers, a shaded dining table and a smaller side table near the barbecue. This creates a great setting for al fresco lunches, evening barbecues and relaxed poolside drinks. In the basement, you will find a snooker table and a table‑tennis table, plus a table and two armchairs, offering an extra space for games, snacks or quieter moments away from the sun.

Quiet hours are mandatory from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Excessive rubbish must not be left.

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.

Prior identification of all guests is mandatory to comply with legal requirements.
