Great property and fantastic value.

Great property and fantastic value. Some minor wear and tear showing on the building, but purely cosmetic. Would defiantly stay again

Amazing Thank you.

This was an amazing place to stay — we loved every moment. The lady who welcomed us at check-in was absolutely fabulous, and we will definitely be rebooking to return in the near future. Everything was brilliant for us as a family. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay

Would definitely recommend.

8 of the family stayed for the week and everything was great. All rooms with en-suites a big plus and spacious. Pool and garden with sunbeds brilliant. Outside of building will soon need a bit of redecoration but did not impact our stay at all.

Thanks for everything! We had a great stay!

We had a lovely time staying at Antonio's villa! We had three fairly young children with us and the proximity to the beach was just perfect for them. There are places to eat and get some shopping very close to the property. The villa itself isn't short of spaceactivities. The host was responsive to any queries we had. I would highly recommend this property. Many thanks for having us :)

Fantastic villa and space.

Close to all amenities. Clean. Could improve with 2 sets of keys. Felt safe there. Could do with some updating, but overall an excellent place to stay. Do check the inventory before signing.

Nice Place

Accommodation was tidy and clean and near the supermarket, which was handy. The local area is fairly quiet (compared to central Albufeira) with lovely beach just down the road. There's also a boardwalk along the beach going west, which is a nice walk. Games room downstairs, TVs, etc., all good. Plenty of places to eat, and varied cuisine. Only one what you might call a 'pub' in the area that we found. They show the football, etc, if that's your thing. Overall, very good.

A great trip

Great location, around corner from supermarket and 5 mins to great sandy coves. Villa spacious and well equipped with ensuites in every room. Kitchen had everything we needed. Good lounge and kids like games room. not too many restaurants in area but only around 10 euros in a Uber to Albufeira where spoilt for choice Pool good size although did have to ask to be cleaned as a bit cloudy by day 4 but sorted promptly. Outside could do with landscaping, grass all dead and very spiky to walk on. Minor issue though. And none of balconies have any furniture on. Would stay again, good location, good value and good coms from company. Thanks

House is nice, but needs work & a new couch.Very hard beds!On a busy street, lots of people walking by & can see over fenceProvided absolutely nothing such as coffee , sugar, salt, pepper. Did provide a few treats in gift bag, but would have appreciated a few staples.Provided NO POOL TOWELS! Man who checked us in was not very hospitable, when I inquired about pool towels, said it would cost extra??? Stayed in 3 other Vrbos in Portugal, all provided more than this one, and in much better shape & appeal We were looking forward to staying here and it turned out to be our least favorite.

Excellent villa

This is a lovely villa in a perfect location. Seashell were helpful. However for the price paid there were a few small flaws which can be easily corrected. There were broken tiles on the veranda when we arrived. We were advised as we arrived they would get fixed during our stay but they didn’t. In the master bedroom their are no blinds or curtains on the windows. This means the bedroom is very bright as soon as the sun rises making it difficult to sleep. There is no information booklet in the property but there is a digital one with very little useful information. Despite the fantastic weather the pool needed a heater. With these things corrected it would be five star. See above.

Great location - Villa not so great

We were underwhelmed by the property overall. It is in a great location but the Villa is tired and generally in need of refurbishment internally and externally.

We had a lovely time. Important to have an external garbage. There was none. Rooms were clean. Could do with a bit of upgrading as far as plugs , handles and door wedges to prevent doors from banging
