Ground Floor Accommodation: The ground floor accommodation consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and living room. The living room area is well presented with timber floors, comfortable suite, TV & DVD player, and wood burning stove. The large kitchen and dining room is very well equipped with all necessary equipment and modern conveniences including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob, and double oven. Double doors open out on to the garden area, which includes garden furniture. A guest bathroom with WC and hand basin and a separate utility room which houses a washing machine and dryer are also on the ground floor.
First Floor: The first floor of the property has 3 bedrooms and the main family bathroom. The bedrooms consist of 3 doubles. The main bathroom with bath, electric shower, basin, and WC. Second Floor: The second floor houses the 4th bedroom which is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. There is also a balcony off the bedroom.All bedrooms in the property have wooden furniture and carpets. The property is centrally heated throughout. Towels and linens are included.
