The stylish interior of the Villa is complimented by a luxurious patio area, private pool and jacuzzi, while high volcanic walls provide privacy throughout your stay.

The Villa is a 5-minute stroll from the Old Town, or a 10-minute walk to the New Town.

The Old Town offers great shopping and a range of excellent bars and restaurants along with a beautiful harbour, scenic views and the famous Playa Chica beach. The new town has a choice of expansive sandy beaches, offering all the aquatic fun you could want. There is something for everyone within walking distance of this very special villa!

This Villa is situated 2 doors away from one of our other properties, Casa Quevega.

Villa Ananda offers a spacious open plan living/dining room furnished to a very luxurious standard. The bright, open design contains comfortable sofas and a dining table. A modern entertainment system includes a 52’ flat-screen TV (including English and Irish channels and Netflix), and Bluetooth Sound System.

A fully-fitted modern kitchen including a full fridge, ensures that you feel at home during your stay. There is also a utility area with washing machine and fridge freezer.

The pool and garden are surrounded by high traditional lava rock walls that provide privacy and comfort. You can sunbathe on the terrace, relax in the jacuzzi, play a game at the pool or football table, or dine al-fresco using the built-in charcoal BBQ.

The luxurious saltwater pool is kidney shaped and measures 7m x 3.2m with roman steps for easy entry. It is electrically heated in winter. A pool-side solar-heated shower, sun loungers and beach towels are provided for added convenience.

Villa Ananda has four fully air conditioned ensuite bedrooms and sleeps up to ten people.

WiFi is available throughout the Villa.

A modern state-of-the-art security alarm system, and two safes, are installed to ensure your peace of mind during your stay. All windows throughout the villa have a safety opening position, so you can open them during the night but still feel secure. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Ash trays are provided adjacent to the patio area, which you are respectfully asked to use should you wish to smoke.
