The flat is East- and Southwards oriented with a nice outlook on the Mont-Blanc, Mont Joly, Rochebrune Mount and the ski slopes.
In winter, skis on the slopes of Rochebrune with direct access to the domain Rochebrune-Mont d'Arbois-StGervais.
