El Molino de Yera is a centennial construction that has functioned as a flour mill until a few decades ago. It is located on the banks of the Yera River, a tributary of the Pas River a few hundred meters downstream, in the village of Vega de Pas itself, one of the most characteristic villages in Cantabria.

The stone and wood construction of Molino de Yera has been recently restored by its current owners, respecting the architectural and material characteristics of the area, distributing it in two apartments and a studio.

Each apartment of Molino de Yera has two double rooms with individual bathrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room and balcony, in one case, and gallery, in the other.

The studio has a double room, living room with salamander and kitchen-dining room. Heating in all the facilities, a wide garden and direct access to the river.
